Takes years to collect a simple card. Absolutely pathetic, home affairs people home affairs. Got here at 10 in the morning and its almost 12 and still waiting inside. USELESS!!!

In fact one star is too much. An hour waiting for card collection!! Guess what, they didnt even find the card... I must go back again 😭

The manager should be ashamed of this branch. There is no communication with the clients we are just expected to wait around like sheep. This low rating is of you Mr. Manager

Explain to me how a bank of all places is closed on a Sunday?FNB and Capitec are both open.Capitec helped me quickly and effectively.Brilliant service.But you can’t be bothered to help your clients.This is beyond pathetic.We are in 2021 and you are running a business as if we are still in the ’60s.I’m working for the next two weeks straight, Sundays are one of the few days I have to do my things like banking.Perhaps I should have a look at the banks that care about their customers.You are not the government, you have to actually give a f#ck about your customers.

Very poor service, had to wait for 1h30minutes to get assisted and only for the assistance to make an error now I have to go back to the branch for the 4th time 😠.

Some staff members only arrived at 9. Is that the reason why we had to wait for 15 minutes before they called the first client to Tellers?

Swift, professional and very organized service while still being Covid-19 compliant. Waiting periods much shorter than at any bank in Menlynpark. a Pleasure to do business at this bank!

Horrible service.

I have been in the branch for 45min now... Only 2 staff members seems to be working the are on break I suppose... And theres literally 6 customers in the branch. The service is not at par.
