Booked a slot a week ago for new Passport at 10:00 today. Only to get there, to find out their specific branchs network was down since Tuesday. No notice given by them earlier the week of the issue they are experiencing. I wasted a whole morning.
I arrived on time and stood outside for about 30 minutes when my appointment was at 09:00 .As I entered upon being requested to fill in the Covid form , I was howled at like a child and then I was asked where my affidavit was albeit I had no knowledge of it being needed without taking note of my state I was told to go and find an affidavit,mind you Im in crutches .There is a particular gentleman there he had a fraught attitude .It was as if he is his house dealing with a relative he doesnt get along with. My appointment cancelled out.Very shamefully poor service.
Quick and efficient, just dont expect to collect your passport during level 3... Not allowed, although the passport is in a filing cabinet at the branch... Eish, logical reasoning

Worst service I have ever experienced, ques of people who have appointments standing outside with no assistance. Its been over 3 hours with no assistance.
Worst service one could hope for! People queuing outside in the sun! No explanation as to why! One staff member came at nine, left at 09:10 came back an hour later with other banks statements. When we complained she came out and said system is slow today.
The service was very slow. Customer service was extremely poor. I am not even sure why I opened an account with you guys
