Waited for like an hour just to pick up a card and then it was not even busy. Absa you can really do better than that.
Needed help with some personal and business banking matters for which it was necessary to visit the branch. Was helped by Rhonwyn who was polite, knowledgable and efficient in everything I needed assistance with. His enthusiasm and eagerness to help left a great impression of the entire experience.

Only came here to collect my card, only one consultant was working, it took longer, this is poor customer service.

I am still waiting in que. The staff in the bank are busying going up and down not helping us, dont know exactly what they are busy with. . There is only 2 tellers to assist. We should not bother coming early to the bank, its a waste of time.... Pls learn from ABSA denlyn complex in mamelodi they know what good customer service is....

I have been trying to make an urgent appointment with a business consultant for the past 3 months, none of the numbers I have been given are answered and no one responds to my emails at my business banker.This is unacceptable

I come to this hopeless branch often, its always a long wait in lines for customer service or the tellers, Sundays like today is the worst, had to stand in line twice as the first person couldnt help me with what i wanted and had to go to the person in the bulk teller to finally get assisted, took 50 min in the bank today. Worst branch ever, no leadership...

Customer services are extremely slow! Huge queue and only two consultants on duty. This could really use improvement especially in a popular branch like this.
Worst ever travelled through toll gates and paid parking just to get to the door and said the bank is closed at 15h43 when they advertize they close 16h30 WHY🤬
Terrible. Is an understatement. Last day of the month and only one teller. Long lines of people waiting. Over crowded and when I tried to phone engaged all the time. Absolutely disgusting.
Slow system. Always worse on a Sunday. Waited for 90 mins then your system stopped working... Why is your system so slow and error ridden ABSA!?
1 star because it’s the only way to post a review thought the other reviews were tough on Absa but I now see all these bad reviews are their norm and they are not even worried I’ve been waiting for a bank card for over a month even after re ordering another one when the first one did not arrive.
Waited an hour to get my Virgin Money cards PIN updated but left before I could get anything done. Staff is not equiped to do their jobs

An average of 20 minutes per customer at Customer Service. Staff have a “cannot care attitude”. I hope I am assisted before bank closes.
