I have a huge issue with your store. It is in a prime location so it is convenient for me to go here, but the experience I have is never good.Either I have to wait 5 minutes for staff to assist me when they look me in the eyes and ignore me or I have to wait at the till for items that have not been priced.The frustration is incredible.Staff members at the kiosk have conversations while ignoring customers, as well as while in line to pay.I know you feel that customers have no place else in Pretoria to shop, but at your store, but seriously.Just because you know that we are closest to your shop is no excuse for the absolute appalling service I receive from your store

Absolutely vile place. Shelves either have 0 stock or the stock is defective/old.

Absolutely disgusting. Sanitizers stink. The whole shop smells like an egg exploded...which puts a person off the food. Staff are so rude. Never going there again. I will rather travel further for better,fresher and friendlier staff!!

Over the years the staff; specifically the cashiers; have become rather rude. They will chat to each other instead of assisting or finishing up with their clients. Today I had to ask the cashier if we could finish my current transaction, because she was busy talking to the other cashiers and basically ignoring me, the client.

The worst checkers ever! Lack of basic stock, staff is rude and clearly do not want to be there, store lacks variety not a great shopping experience not worth a visit at all.

I lived nearby and used this checkers a lot for the past ten years but they have always had a problem with customer service. There are always only a few tills open and you will wait in quees. Staff are rude too and self entitled .Management and customer service are pathetic and non existant.

Below average grocery store in my experience. Prices at the tills often different from the shelves. Please make SURE you check your till slip to what you saw on shelves, 40% chance they dont correspond. Id rather drive elsewhere for peace of mind.

The absolute worst of the worst Checkers I have ever stepped foot in. The cashiers are extremely rude and ignore you in the whole process ringing up your groceries, this has happened every single time Ive shopped here. The staff needs some serious training on customer service, especially the cashiers. They are giving this shop a really bad reputation. This is surely the last time I will invest money in this shop. The customer definitely doesnt come first.

Staff on floor always helpful, even go to the extent of volunteering to check stockroom. Staff at money market counter less pleasant. My experience is still on par with those commenting a year ago. And generally better than other supermarkets in the area.

Nearby resident thus my usual go to shop, however my constant experience (Always): Poor service, tellers are the rudest ppl Ive come across..Never greet or say bye, exceptionally slow work pace, give a customer attitude, talk about you or to co workers while trying to multitask while u stand and wait for them to finish with whatever else they are doing. Most of the time, customers pack their own groceries in bags..will no longer support and will travel further for my daily groceries..not the 1st ive heard of or witness the same experiences..

I have never been so disappointed by a Checkers. The lady behind the counter at the cold meats did not have any clue what is going on in her kitchen. She failed to explain what types of Meat they have and was very rude in the way she was saying that they do not have sandwich ham.There was no manager in sight so that we could complain neither was there employees in the aisle to help customers. I will not recommend anyone visiting this Checkers if they do not know what they want to buy.

I have yet to visit this branch of Checkers, come home and find that I was charged the correct amount for all the items I have purchased. Another problem I have, is that many of the items on the shelves are not priced at all. I refuse to buy an item that is not priced. You can do better Checkers Moreleta Village!

Very convenient for people that are retired with a lot of waiting time.No Staff at Deli, No staff at bakery. Only 2 till open between 16h00 - 19h00. The staff can’t even Greet You. Maybe they must close the shop and open a Spar, There Staff is helpful, friendly and all tills are open

The service at Checkers supermarkets is generally mediocre and underwhelming, but this one in Moreleta Village surpasses them all. Dineo Poopedi, the cashier, is rude, nonchalant and very unhelpful. A simple task of registering the Xtra savings card took 30 minutes as I had to wait at the till and watch her chew her gum. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible terrible. Looks like a warehouse or something in a smaal town. I took video and photos. Boxes stacked in front of cold drink fridges, cant get in. People unpacking and aisles getting narrower. I packed my own stuff in a jiffy(I am not lazy) because the service was slow and I felt sorry for the people behind me. Spoke to management Head office seems to be the problem. They just send loads of stock and this small branch struggle with storage space. They are also exasperated I am moving my loyalty else where. Thats my fact of the day.

Main office should as soon as they advertise combos they should update all of the their shops, luckily their staff was very helpful

It has a vibrant, dedicated and efficient variety of working class black women. Who have been working for checkers for more than 5 years. Checkers owes them everything. We salute them!

Clean and neat with great restaurants in the centre. Beautifully laid out place, well managed with friendly staff and fresh produce.

My preferred grocery shopping from now on as Checkers prices are really great keep them down and I will spread the word.

Its convenient and stays pretty clean but its stock control can be quite unpredictable where the availability of certain products can be sporadic. There are sometimes beggars at the entrance or in the shop asking people to buy their groceries for them.

Good medium sized Checkers. Great rolls and breads.

The queues take a bit long usually, but I love their variety of cheese, fruits and wine!!

It says it closes at 8pm on sundays but they close at 2pm.

Liked everything in store especially their combo deals are a real money saver
