Thank you for my lovely baby compactum, there were some small issues with delivery because of the delivery company. They damaged our compactum a bit during delivery but Johan Ryan was on it! He came out to fix the damage it in no time. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Don’t order from him. I’m order a compactum and cot from him. Paid since Jan 2020. Until now never get it. He promised to finish in 3 to 4 weeks. Never get it. After 6 weeks I ask him then he said wait for him. After 8 weeks I ask again then someone said he’s sick. I ask for refund because I can’t wait as the baby was born already. Even I said he can refund me half of money. No one answer. He just steal my money and disappeared. When I ask him last year he said it’s my faults. Don’t lying again I never ever get any phone call from you. Nobody phone me and told me it’s ready. I need to order urgent from other company after you just disappeared. I still keep all email from you and the lady who emailed me from your email. She said you’re so sick and can’t do it on time for me. It’s R3000 not small money

Best baby furniture and superb service..

We ordered a compactum from Johan and requested that it should be painted in the same colour as we painted our cot that we got from a friend. It matches so perfectly with the cot! We also requested different handles that looks so nice with the compactum. The compactum is very well manufactured, and very affordable - I would say similar compactums sold in baby shops are at least double or even triple the price. Thank you so much Johan!

Oh no! I do not recommend! and strongly so. a very ill-tempered man. i ordered and paid deposits last year and was promised delivery after 2weeks. he went quiet after payment. upon requesting updates he initially said laodshedding then said he has no wood. this year i requested a refund and he said Im probably to poor to pay balance due although he has no wood to start production. i asked to be refunded and he became very aggressive and cutting the call. we have to call from different numbers to get through. after posting a Facebook review he called me for the first time but to threaten and speak unkindly. i was careful to record all communication fortunately. he now made part of the order and posted on my Facebook review instead of sharing with me. you may look on Facebook at the photos. its nothing like what i ordered. the workmanship is not up to par.

Worst service ever!!!!! Didn’t go with the brief. Made his own design of a bunk bed. Told us the wrong size mattresses to buy and had to sell the bed 5 months later due to the fact that it took up the entire room.Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!!!Never responded to any messages and took months longer than promised.Hahahahaha now asking for the rest of his money when he never even delivered the rest of my daughter’s under bed!Like I said wouldn’t recommend him to anyone I know!!!!!!

Dishonest guy. Made an error in his manufacture of the product. After begging him countless times to return it, he eventually collected it. But a refund was never given to us - despite many requests for one.He then reaffirmed that he won’t be giving us a refund since we left a negative review on google. It’s a shame because, judging from the other reviews, he does a good job. But just doesn’t accept accountability when he makes a mistake.
