You have nice products but please educate your employees so that they are familiar with the products, especially travel systems. The emplyee who tried to help did not have a clue! Also the employee who tried to show me how the baby bath fit onto a stand did not know what stand to use and was unwilling to try to find out.

Staff member on floor seemed to be walking everywhere that customers werent, had to chase her down only for her to give me attitude of note. Store layout is not pram friendly either.
