Bought new tyres at a decent price from them. Dropped off a set of rims to fit the tyres on and went in later to have them fitted as well as do a wheel alignment. It took them two hours from 16:00 to 18:00 to put the tyres on my car and do the wheel alignment. They also bent the side of my cars body in the process. They do not have/use the proper equipment to lift heavier cars.Additionally to this, I wanted to pay using an Ebucks vouchers. I was told that their system was offline and that an option would be to leave my other set of rims with them until the payment cleared. I agreed to this as I understood that they just wanted some sort of assurance of payment. However the next day I had to keep following up myself and waiting for them to sort out my payment. I was told that they were going to call back within an hour.. I finally heard from them at 17:00 that afternoon which was already to late to arrange for them to come and drop off my rims.
