I have serviced a few vehicles at Dastek. The technitions miss nothing here and the service advisors are very helpfull and makes the communication between the customer and technical staff very easy. Your vehicle is in good hands here but take the recommendations they make seriously.

I was there on Tuesday 5 July to have a puncture repaired, they put back my spare wheel under the load bin of my bantam without properly securing the bracket bolt, only after arriving home did I notice how fortunate I was not to lose or damage my spare wheel as the bolt was lost and the bracket was centimeters from the ground, this is not your average hardware store bolt and will have to be ordered from Ford. They didnt even make an effort to replace my tyre dust cover after the repair. I will no longer recommend them to anyone, and will never support them again.

Victim of its own success? I phone to find out when I can bring in a vehicle with a severe misfire. First question - What is wrong with the car? REALLY!! If I knew I would fix it myself!. But never mind that, the surprise is still to come. They can only help me in AUGUST, it is now beginning of July. Im not looking for somebody to wash my car, I need my transport to be sorted out. Either you are lucky and are VERY popular to be booked solid months in advance or you need to employ more than 1.2 mechanics.

Value for money... they are cheap and for the time I heard of free tyre insurance when they change your tyres...Also the advices they offer when visiting their workshop is more informative.If you ask me where will I change my tyres in future I would say I would drive from Cape Town just to have my tyres changed by them.
