Went to check my car,I can absolutely say that I trust that my car is in good hands because the branch manager always makes sure Im up to date with everything

I am not happy with the time they toke to fix my bakkie, even after countless calls and telling them I needed the bakkie because I need to use it, they still could not finish in time and they are telling me they will call when its done but nothing. They have had the bakkie for 5weeks now.

Work is excellent, but waited 8 weeks for my car

My car was in an accident more than a year ago, it was a major inconvenience. My car was sent back more than once because the previous guy who worked on my car did not do his job properly. We finally got to Conraad, he made sure after months of struggling that I get my car back and that all problems were sorted out. Thank you so much Conraad.

My partner’s car has been with them from December 2020, on the 1st of Feb we were supposed to collect the vehicle which was the but they told us they are still waiting for parts(parts that took over a month to be delivered) later on that week they told us they picked up more damage which means either the vehicle got damaged while with them or they did not inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Funny part the extra damage they pick up was a shock and something do with the engine mountain, however the car was being driven out of the workshop every single day to make space. I mean how can one not pick up that the shock and mountain are broken while moving the vehicle every single day. Disgusting service

Been waiting for over a month now for a damage that according to them should have taken a week or 2. They always promise that the car will be ready the next day. Worst service ever, they dont even give feedback. One has to call to get an update.Their work is Good though.

The worst service ever. Waiting for 30 minutes to get someone to show me the progress on my car. Im not surprised why my car has been there for close to 3 months. My car was supposed to be completed on 20 December 2019, 2 months after it was taken in for repairs. It is now 28th Jan and I am still getting new excuses everyday as to when I will receive my car. The service from Miway and Jocks Auto Body & Dent Removers is the worst I have ever come across

The worst terrible vehicle repair centre in Gauteng. Longer lead time and still poor repairs will be done. Jocks Auto Body the company full of jokes.

No communication from the panel beater with regards to the progress made on the car. Took way longer than the estimated time to complete working on the car.

Worse and unexcepted service provide...am not happy as we speak I havent received my car since August and even my insurance didnt bother to call up to check on progress where as we being debited end of the month for the car that you not in-use of.mxm😡 as for claud you are the worst/unprofessional person I have ever meet

If you ever had to take your vehicle to a panel beater,choose another one. They should get taken off insurance companies lists.

Almost no communication, takes forever to fix minor damage

I was told to fetch my car and when i go there nobody knew anything about it, blamed it on new stuff, owner was in a hurry to go home, didnt even care about what was happening, stuff was remorseful thou, boot was not aligned well, paint inside of boot comes off, now im wondering if other things were done right...but the communication and customer services is great, just need to improve on the technicalities!

Worst panel-beater. Totally unhappy . They do not even deserve a 1 star. My car has been gone for over two (2) months and they do not give regular feedback, I always have to call in to check progress. They very inefficient. Every time I call they tell me that the vehicle will be ready the following week, the following comes they just keep quiet, when I call in again I get told the same thing. I will never recommend this panel-beater to anyone.

They dont even deserve one star I waited for 20 min just for a quotation from Claude and he didnt even acknowledge MW. He kepts pacing up AND down in the reception and didnt even once ask me if I have been helped. Thank you Adam. My moms car was towed in after it broke down on the N1. She left her house keys in the car and when I phoned Adam on the sunday he organised for the guard to open for us to get the keys out.

They took time to repair my vehicle and there where mistakes with there paint. They even promised to call me to remove a dent which they did not. I will never recommend anyone to book their car for repairs with them.
