My car went in for repairs 2 weeks ago. I have tried contacting the branch to get feedback and an update on my car as my rental vehicle has to be returned. My E-mails are not answered and when I phone, I get put through to a lady (Called Nasima) who promises to phone me back within the hour to give me an update. Needless to say I had to phone back 4 hours later as she had still not phoned me back. When I phoned again, I was then promised an update within 10 minutes. Two hours later, still no update. I phoned them again to request to speak to the manager, but he can also not be reached as he doesnt have a landline. Absolute useless company.

Not very happy with service. Nobody contacts you as they should and we waited a hole 2 months for our vehicle. I would not consider them as a good team at all. Very bad service

The gentleman who assisted me was very effecient, their hot chocolate was very good while we waited👍

I wish theres a negaive 100 star. They are pathetic. A bunch of liars about the repairs done, all they want to do is to milk the insurance and harass the client. Replacements authorised by insurance wont be done.Very incompetent and no sense of urgency. Lazy to even wash and polish a vehicle.No progress will be provided unless you go to their panel shop. I have no idea why their business is still standing.They delay intentionally, for what I dont know...Their business is just bull**%^&t.When you see them, run as far away as you can.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! My female friend asked me to accompany her to this dealership since they even failed to provide her with transportation. A guy called Thomas(if thats even his real name), slim tall and dark in complexion was the one helping us with the car. He was extremely rude to us, shouting and pointing at my friend when she tries to get clarification about her car. This Thomas guy ended up throwing the key on us and left us hanging claiming that its knock off time and wont let his wife and kids suufer just because of people who abuse their rights as customers. Ill never ever allow my friend to go back there again nor will I ever recommend this to anyone, Never!

Poor. Went to ARC to get a quote to repair my car. The quote consisted of many parts that didnt even need replacing/repairing. As a result the price of the quote was ridiculously high. Zero compassion shown.
