Took my vehicle for a valet at Sparkling Auto Hatfield. They did not clean my vehicle as promised. I sent it back to them for cleaning. Upon receiving my vehicle the second time it was now damaged. I removed the damaged component and gave it to them to fix. They gave me a date for for collection and ensured me that the component will be fixed. On the day I went to collect the component they have still not managed to properly fix the initial damage that they have caused and also managed to break the component.

Please support them. Their quotations are 50% less than other companies providing the same service and they are honest people!

Took my car there after receiving a voucher from the dealer , thought the car will be spotless clean but yoooh the windcsrean was full of mist while driving back home , the silver lining on the car had cloth strpes on , windows no clean, maybe its because I had a voucher, I asked Mike for a quote on dents and scratches and he said he already sent me an e-mail but I was surprised where did he get my e-mail address as he never asked for one, even now still waiting, ill go to sparkling centurion for everything I need
