Dropped off my wifes car for repair. Extremely friendly and welcoming reception from all the people we met. On face value, seems like they know what they are doing and feel confident in leaving the car in their hands. Hope to see a positive result when we collect the vehicle.

Had my vehicle fixed with N4 Autocraft from an accident. People were extremely helpful and friendly. Received regular notifications on the progress of the repair. Received the car back from repairs quicker that expect and even some body scratches was buffed out, which was not a requirement. Truly enjoyed the experience with them and will recommend them anytime :-)

Last year in September I was unfortunate enough to need to have my car fixed twice. The first time I chose N4 Auto Craft because they were close to me. This was my first mistake. One of the dents from the accident was overlooked and the driver side floormat had been damaged, such that it does not fit and stay in place properly anymore.The second accident came and I chose to give N4 Auto Craft a chance to remedy these mistakes by using their services again. They were notified of their previous mistakes well in advance and yet they never addressed them.The work needed this time around was to replace the front right-side panel. When I got there it was immediately evident that it was not fitted correctly. After having wasted my time I only got it back the next day.Now a few months later, after having called multiple times, I still have not heard anything from them about the floormat they needed to replace. I have also discovered the panel they replace have caused the rubber insulation where the door meets the panel to come loose.Do not use their services if you value your car.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Its been 4 months and my car is still not fixed! I gave my car in with hail damage and some scratches on the side. 1 and a half months after I gave it in after countless excuses as to why they are taking so long, they told me I could come fetch it, yet all they fixed was the hail damage. They then kept it for a further month to fix the scratches. When I finally got my car back after 10 weeks in total, there was a whole list of problems. Bumper was not aligned, flicker bracket broken, inside roof light not working, front passenger door not opening from the inside. I reported the issues within 2 days of getting my car back. They made an appointment with me to come look at my car TWICE and missed both times. They did not let me know or reschedule. Finally on the third appointment they pitched up. The owners personally came to look at my car and agreed that the work was not done right and that they would take my car back to fix the problems. They then took my car in for a further 2 weeks. No surprise, when I got my car back there was still a problem. The passenger door was still not opening from the inside. The man who delivered it said they would get Honda out the next day to fix the problem. Of course this did not happen. After following up again, they now say that the car door must have been like this before. I am absolutely furious! 4 months and 4 days after using them, I am left with a car with problems it did not have before. Really the worst service I have ever had. Would not recommend at all!

N4 Autocraft did a wonderful job on the body work of my Ford Figo. I was very impressed and could not even find any fault with the repairs done to it. The paint work and repair is excellent. It looks like nothing ever happened. Would recommend them.

Previously I received good service from N4 Autocraft. I drove past numerous shops to use them. But Ive been waiting for a quote to repair my vehicle for over 2 weeks, and after numerous calls, emails and empty promised Im sad to say Ill have to look for someone else...😔

Poor service.My car has been in their possession for repairs since 1 February, I have asked them to at least assist by borrowing me a car as I am struggling to travel especially to and from work with no positive feedback. I am a nursing sister have been working thru out the lock down, have ran out of options. All I get from them on a weekly basis,is an automated message that says my car is in panelbeati.kindly assist

DO NOT USE THEM. SAY NO.Communication with this business is impossible. They literally sent me 3 messages in one day, all 3 having a different made up story as to why they are taking an extended time with my car repairs. Its been more than a month. They keep blaming a supplier for the delay - the same supplier delivered the parts they are wring for on a Friday, then again the following Monday and then.....I guess then they decided to take it back - All this based off the update messages I got from them.Its now gotten to a point where my queries get ignored and I should perhaps report my car stolen!!!

Very unsatisfied with both service and workmanship. Was called after two weeks to come fetch vehicle and when I arrived half the work was not done. They called me a week later and when I arrived the work was still not complete and they denied promises they made. I paid and took my car and just left . In my opinion what these guys say they will do and what they do are not the same. As far as I am concerned they are dishonest and I would NOT recommend N4 Auto Craft to anyone. My worst experience ever.
