EXCELLENT service - friendly staff who communicate with you regularly to keep you updated, and the repairs were really above and beyond what I was expecting. Good as new, and with a level of both consideration and detail that I was not expecting.They made a plan to get me home after I dropped off the car, and to pick me up again to fetch it.This was a random choice because they were the closest to me as referred by my insurance, and I am SO happy this was the case. 10/10 will go back for future work.The owner should feel proud of the outstanding performance of the staff here, and the staff should rightly feel proud of themselves for delivering such an amazing level of service. They have set the bar to a standard of excellence I have seldom had the pleasure of encountering in the South African service industry. Keep it up, and dont let a few nay-sayers get you guys down!

I was referred to All Star by my Insurance company. Saw the good ratings. Apparently you must pay R450.00 for a quote, and loose it if the insurance does not approve - Reason, because they have to call around for parts and quotes. If the insurance approves, I would loose it anyway, as it is a third party claim, and All Star deducts it from the final payment - which means they do not refund me. I called and told them I want to come for a quote and it was a 3rd party claim - no mention of a fee. Drove there, stuck in traffic for an hour, just to find out I must pay a fee. So can I charge All Star for my time and petrol wasted in traffic getting there?

Had my cars bumper repaired here. Looks like a factory bumper now! Great friendly service with running updates on the status. Will take my other car for some cosmetic repairs as well.

Basic principles of being in this kind of business are not upheld - loose doorpanels, miss-aligned window winders and soiled upholstery ... to name a few. Then, when pointing issues out, you get frowned upon as if to say seriously, why is this an issue?Will not advise anybody who ads value to their vehicle to use this business.

Most unethical work shop ever. Took my motorbike there for a quote, takes them 2 months to do, after many phone calls and pleading. They then turn around and charge my insurance thousands of rands for storage when they did not get the job.
