Terrible experience.My friend and I went there just to use the range for a bit of fun. After paying the R75 fee for using the range we were told that we were not allowed to use the normal shooting range and had to move to the testing station which is all fair and well, until those who had to test their bows also needed the range. When we moved to the far off empty range we were told Very rudely that we had to stay at the testing range because there was a class. This class spent 10 minutes in ONE of the four ranges... and then moved off of the range itself.So we paid R75 to not even be able to fully use a range, absolutely pathetic!!!!

I arranged everything with them from Bloemfontein.The arrows I received is good. This shop is on a other level. Thanx guys.

I have been doing archery since April 2015 and Archers Edge is my go to place. They are extremely knowledgeable with a wide variety of equipment to choose from. In some reviews archers complained about no drinks being available which is false as I have always bought my kids cold drinks and chips when going there. If the review was based on during the competition on the field I have shot a few and never have any event sold drinks and provided seats on the range which by the way if this was the norm would have been a requirement from the competition organizers as archers edge simply makes their space available. I have always felt welcome and in good knowledgeable hands when going there. Unfortunately all archery equipment comes from either Germany or the US so it is expensive but when looking at archers edge pricing compared to other shops they tend to be n little bit cheaper or similar pricing.

I must again compliment Redge and his team for their service and unparalelled expertise. Had my bow paper-tuned on Saturday and they made sure everything is tiptop before I left. These guys are the guys to sort out all your bow issues.

What a lovely experience it was to stand out on the range firing a few arrows at a rubber warthog and listening to all the competition and hunting stories. Special thanks to Sean Nel who guided me through everything archery even weeks before ever spending a cent. We had a demo on a few pre set bows and the we were hooked. Really not a friendly environment for spectators. No seating, virtually no refreshments for sale. Strange people dont even know where to buy water or soft drinks. If more provincial shoots are to be presented here, I suggest that attention be paid to this.
