So I went to B&T on 4th of August, where I proceeded to book in my Scar-L Rifle, where I was told they can have it serviced/repaired. But I have to pay a book in fee of R150. Which I agreed to so that I can get my rifle fixed as it needs some TLC.Today I went to fetch it. It could not be repaired at the moment as the parts required (whatever they might be) is currently not available. So upon inspecting my rifle that I got back, I noticed that the rifle doesnt seem to have been inspected/opened at all to determine the issue. When I requested a report for the assessment of my rifle, here is the Feeback I got:Good day sir. I just consulted my repair guy regarding your gun, he told me that he didnt open the gun to find out whats the issue because we dont have any spares for it and he just confirmed with me that we do not fix that brand.So B&T Menlyn, books in airsoft guns, that they say can be fixed, even gives you estimates, just to inform you 4 weeks leter that they cant do ANYTHING for you.Great service, be careful of these chaps.... They are bound to take your money and you get nothing in return.12/10/2021 - UPDATESo Mow the store manager made contact with me and the internal issues were sorted. I went to him in person, he apologised etc. I have decided to give them another chance, and I am currently extremely happy in regards to the level of service I am receiving. Its a day and night change. Just a shout out to Mow the manager and TP for the great service I have been receiving since then. You have my support going forward.

It is so rare that I receive such friendly, professional and genuinely helpful service at a store. Blades and Triggers Menlyn exceeded all my expectations. Any words of praise I have for this store and its staff would be an understatement. Josh (and his colleagues) were absolutely amazing. Thanks for a great shopping experience, I will definitely return to this store.... Almost looking forward to returning. If I could give a 6 star rating, I would!

Was there yesterday (14/07/2021) to buy a air pistol. Was there just past 4pm, and the guy with the broom said they were closed, when we asked why they were closed he said we are just closed, i called to check what time they closed and was adviced that they close at 16:30.You lost my business.But Blades and Triggers Montana will thank you for your rudeness as we went there and spent a good amount there. We will not bother visitng your store in future even if it is just 7min away. Was VERY happy with the service received from the Montana shop and they are open until 17:00.

Maybe Dont lie to your customers cough cough Harris... he said that walker wargame gets their stock from blades and triggers which is completely false just so that he could make a sale, and frankly Ill never support a business / sales rep that lies to their customers! On the other hand the other guys there actually do know what they are talking about unfortunately Harris apparently doesnt and doesnt want to help the customer only himself which mean we have to waste more and more money

My son has been looking for a pellet gun for his birthday. We had been to a few shops already. The service at Blades and Triggers Menlyn was absolutely oustanding. This is all due to Joshua, he is an asset to your company.

Lack of assistance in the store, friendly but lack of knowledge in their knifes BIG TIME. Lastly the staff should be trained to help customers over the telephone, with some decent telephone etiquette. They seem to be unable to answer/help with simple queries over the phone, thus I end up waisting time and my petrol coming to the store.I phoned and asked if the shop had any karambits for around R300 and they said yes they do we should just come in. So I phoned for a reason, being that if the menlyn branch had any karambits for that price that it would be worth it to drive all the way to menlyn. When I arrived at the shop there were two employees seeming a bit too occupied with each other to assist me, after asking for assistance I mentioned that I phoned one of the employees for the karambit around R300, the one employee said it was him who I spoke to and that I should just follow him, he then took out two straight blade flick knifes when I asked about the Karambits, he smirked at me and told me that there is no Karambits for that price, they only have Karambits for R7000. He clearly took it as a joke that he waisted my time and petrol, so I will not be returning to the menlyn branch again and I have baught a karambit there before and they were unable to give me a box with the knife wich was and is unacceptable so I will definitely not be returning to that branch since both my experiences was quite disappointing.

All in all my previous experiences at bnt menlyn were quite pleasant but my recent experience is enough to motivate my boyfriend and I to travel to a different branch. My boyfriend and I visited the branch a while back. The service from the two sale representatives were great and they truly helped us figure out which airsoft rifle is better suited but what I did not appreciate is the disturbing comments from the other employees. I felt uncomfortable with the two ladies remarks about my clothing and felt it was disrespectful.  Their rude comments were not appreciated and I will make sure to not return.

Great after sales service!I bought a new Paintball marker and all the extras. Arriving home in KZN, I noticed a leaking problem on the HPA tank that I bought. After removing the tank from the marker, I noticed that the head was damaged and seemed like it had been dropped before.I reported the damage to them and they sent me a new one straight away.Thanks BnT.

This place is unbelievably unprofessional.In all fairness, There is one good guy there that you can tell ais horrified by the actions of the rest of the business, and is especially horrified by the owner/manager. Unfortunately he can’t do anything about it.I was incredibly excited to find this place because they seemed to have a decent selection, little did I know it was the store from hell. Among many other things, they will look you straight in the eyes and tell you that everything is in stock, until you have wasted two hours getting everything configured. Then when you go to pay they will say something like “actually the good ones are not in stock, we have to order them. Don’t worry though it only takes a few weeks to get in”. They told me that what they do have in stock they would ship immediately to my house. Not only did they totally forget about the stuff they really did have in the warehouse, they didn’t even bother placing the order for apparently.After 3-4 weeks I asked Again where my parts were, they just kept saying “I will check on it” then I would not get a response unless I pushed it again. It has now been over 10 weeks and after pushing them over and over to get me the info, I was told over and over, “it will be tomorrow”, I finally learn that supposedly part is in but the other part they don’t know what happened with it.But they STILL haven’t sent the part that is supposedly here to my house, so I can only assume it is a lie. Keep in mind my order was almost $4,000.Please, for the love of God, do not believe a word they say. If they say it’s in stock assume that you will get it in 6 months, if you ever do.I am currently looking at legal options because the delay resulted in a loss of over $7,000 on a hunt I paid for that was booked around having a large bore air gun.I hope they make it right, but at this point I don’t believe they will ever get it to me and that they are just stalling because they didn’t order and don’t have the money to get it here.

Short story, I was checking out a certain type of air rifle and asked about a certain caliber with certain accessories. Every item I asked about they told me that they were in stock in the warehouse, this was important because I had a trip to Zimbabwe coming up. I spent over an hour (closer to 2 hours) building the perfect rifle, getting all the accessories tuned in, turned on and set up on the rifle itself.They ring everything up and we negotiate a deal for all of it. At the very last right before I paid they dropped the bombshell that much of it was in fact not in stock and they would have to order and ship from the factory in Switzerland. I was a little horrified because the only reason I had spent all this time and effort to do all of it is because they said it was in stock and could be shipped immediately.I asked how long it would take, worst case, and he assured me 2-3 weeks and that the items that were in stock in the warehouse would be shipped that week to my house.It’s going on 3 weeks now and nothing, even the stuff that was still supposed to be at the warehouse has arrived at my house. I called in to ask where it’s at and have been told that it’s not been shipped and I can expect my order in 4-6 weeks!I had a strong feeling that they were just telling me 2-3 weeks so I would pay. Now I’m on the line and won’t have a gun for my hunting trip or even the trip after that.

We bough a Swiss Arms Tac1 which gave problems with the spring soon after the purchase. It was sent in for repairs...we waited 8 weeks. The very first day the rifle started giving problems again. We returned it again and was told we cannot exchange it, but will have it repaired like new within 2 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks and have been promised next week for the past 2 weeks. The quality of products are questionable and after sales service has been shocking.Thank you Mo for assisting us in sorting the problem out. You have made up 100% for the initial poor service. Much appreciated!

Took my gun for a Service and cleaning, came back EXACTLY the same did not even look like they touched the gun! was dirty and no ways for me to test the gun manager said they will send it back 2 weeks later it looked EXACTLY the same! then we spoke to the manager again he decided to clean the gun himself! when i went to test the gun they broke bolts, stripped bolts the gun did not want to shoot anymore, so costing me more to now to fix my gun thanks a lot will never go back to these guys EVER and never recommend them to anyone.
