Disclaimer: This review comes from first time buyer of a secondhand compound bow. Feeling intimidated with the new field of archery.I arrived at the shop and was immediately greeted with the most sincere and friendly staff I have come across in a very long time. Unsure whether I would receive good or bad news regarding my secondhand bow, Mr Allister quickly helped me out, and also complimented in what extremely good condition the bow is. While we were busy getting the arrows sorted, I had several discussions with Mr Allister. All of the sudden, Im feeling much more relaxed and comfortable about the world of archery, especially after sharing a few laughs and gaining a few tips from Mr. Allister. We tested the sights and everything was in working order.This store has gained a new customer, for life. Extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the store, friendliness and professionality of the staff and overall atmosphere. If you are either a rookie, intermediate or pro, I would highly recommend you head out and visit these lovely folks.Thanks again!

Probably the best equipped bow store in SA and representative of the most iconic bow make, Hoyt. With this said, telephone/e-mail service is very, very poor and some basic mistakes were made in building up my bow. Can do better, much better!

If you like archery,youll get lost in this place. Well experienced staff. Lots to choose from.

Have a good selection and wide variety, staff however are snobs and if youre new to archery I would not recommend them, staff are full of sarcastic remarks if you ask questions on how to set up your bow.

Poor.Took my Martin in to have n new string fitted and to reset it from 27 to 25 draw.Yes it can be dun need 2 days and R$$$$.Ok so after 2 days BR..... let us know sorry we need one more day wel ok was my answer.But when it whas picked up today it whasnt Finnished yet stil had to wait because BR......wasnt in. So another employee had to look for it and Finnish it. The old peep was not avaliable so thy fitted a other one but did not tie it to the string.The drop away has not been reset properly.And the bow handed in was at 27 it somehow become a 30 according to them and thy now cant set it to 25.But measuring it at home its stil a 27.
