Ive had my Snappy Traveller for about 8 - 9 years. Its been on every 4x4 trip throughout Southern Africa, as well as numerous overland business trips. So, it was bound to show a bit of wear and eventually the top became loose but my Snappy was still working fine. I was worried it might become damaged to use it like this and took it in for a service and repair. They fixed it perfectly for a minimum fee (just labour) and even couriered it back to me free of charge within 2 days! Just brilliant service and a great product!

Good quality product.I have 8 units, if ever I have an issue the unit gets collected promptly and am never ripped off for repairs. The after sales service is outstanding! Really well done keep it up.

Send my Snappy Chef in for repairs. Specifically asked them to tend to and glue fast the rubber feet seeing that they tend to fall out. Received Snappy Chef back with one feet totally missing. Turns out they lost it! The new rubbers they send does not fit seeing that they are smaller. Very frustrated to work on a wobbly Snappy....Not happy at all! :(

Excellent and value for money but access is a problem!!Acccess at the factory gate is not responding. You ring 6* and 6#. No go! I had to wait for someone to come out and slip in afterwards!
