Almost 2 weeks now that the insurance gave Lewis the go ahead to refund our stolen property.If we do not contact the store or go in to find out what is keeping them, we will not hear of them n from Monday to Teusday they were closed.Today I try to call again with no luck as the telephone lines are always disconnected.We are loyal clients for the last 8 years and never had any problems. Why now?

Refuse to give me the EFT details because I do not want to go instore with my little one to pay my account. Yes I am in arrear but how much I make regular payments if they refuse to give me the details I ask for
