Dont use this places very races and treat there customers with the disrespect and all this after we complained about a machine they swapped new parts with old parts and refuse the fix it. Il make sure not to recommend them to and person of color

A great family business with multiple services offered including the service and repair of a wide range of sewing machine types and brands. They also offer reasonable prices on second hand and brand new machines.

I am giving this company 1 star because I cannot give a zero rating. All I wanted was my overlocker blades sharpened or replaced, which they refused to do unless I pay R700 for a full service even if I did not need one. I was told well lady I cant just sharpen the blades because this shop also needs to make money Most unpleasant man on the phone, insisting I have a service I dont need, its my problem that I have to waste my money on an unnecessary service, but they cannot help me with the blades alone, not worth their while. Disgusted.
