I was assisted by the guy called William Pitje that guy when ever I come to the store hes the only one whos active and hes the best sales consultant and has so much product knowledge, Im very much happy with their service.

Went to Game mams mall and got the most horrible experience, quite surprisingly from the store manager Jabu. He refused to assist the cashiers and made a pensioner wait long. When asked to come assist the poor cashier had to go beg him for assistance and he still refused to avail himself. Im truly disgusted by the incompetence of the manager.Its quite disheartening that black people treat their own very poorly assuming if this game was in a white dominated area Im sure his majesty Jabu would have come running. I dont think his Majesty Jabu deserves to me the manager please refer him to a Palace and give someone an opportunity to be a better leader at the store.On another point I always find the service at Game mams mall very slow even though the store is not packed. Shocks me dismally as to why. I dont know whether the cashiers are slow or the system is slow or whether they are on a go slow strike. This shall be the 9th wonder of the world.

I regret setting my foot in this store, they treat customer as if they doing us a favour. Dealt with different people but the customer service is pathetic especially from Magdeline from Cellphone department, sherude and speaking to clients anyhow.

Game mams mall is rendering a poor service as for the Manager is useless you go there to purchase a product , u will always find faults their prices are not true reflection that game is useless.

You wait too long in line to pay
