Stay away from Unit 39! The owner is MIA making it impossible to fix a broken shower door. They refuse to fix a fualty heatpump which will cost you thousands of rands! This has been going on for the last 3 years. Do not trust Vision Properties as they will make false promises that they never keep. You can also make a million noise complaints but nothing will come from this. Basically you will move in but from there you are alone! Stay away!
