Amazing food, the Beef curry is well worth a try and definitely value for money.Staff is friendly and definitely needs more credit, braving the cold and helping their customers with a wide smile.Be advised park in the dedicated area close to the window for speedy assistance.

Annoyed for the meal received this evening, I ordered a takeaway meaty basket but when I got home it looks like I ordered chips basket and the lettuce looked like it was lying outside for a weak

Geradella special and milkshake was excellent but we order 4 pizzas it was very disappointed the dough was soured and topping was were pour will never visit again and that was a local stop for us

After many years, we decided to try out a roadhouse Sunday lunch again. We ordered four take-aways with roast lamb. The portions were very generous which included rice, gravy, roast potatoes, pumpkin and spinach and pudding. It was a good home cooked meal.

Pathetic excuse of a poorly presented hamburger served cold on an old bun. I ate it to experience the full impact of decline in quality and service. Stay away. There are better places more deserving of your money

The service was very good but the food is bad - chips is still hard/raw no basting on the eisbeinand the eisbein is under cooked. I ask for honey mustert sous and i get normal mustert.

I have to be honest, that the laste 2 times I have bought food at Casbah Sinoville, their food was of poor quality. Its tasteless and tastes like they took it out of the fridge and just warmed it up. I was really dissapointed.

Menu items decreased, far less customers than before

Such a pathetic service. The waiters were NOT friendly AT ALL! We waited over an hour in this heat but was clearly sold a left over chicken from the previous day which was so cold, dry, chewy and we couldnt finish it. We have been to the other franchises and theyre the complete opposite of what we experienced today. We clearly wasted our time and money. Its terrible. We are NEVER going back there again. Their service stinks.

Not too shabby. Had to open casbah parking myself (taking cone away) everybody was to busy doing nothing to notice me trying to park and order. Had some belly ribs. Quite nice but Big Bites ribs are still the best. Unfortunately they were closed already. The salad is a waste though. Rather prefer more chips instead....for the price please dont serve salad...and if all kind cabbage which.my son doesnt eat at all.

Food is very bad i bought a frankfitter with the most expensive price and guess what i find old bread roll and only frankfutter with sauce splased over it no tomato no lettuce or any what so ever God it was HORRIBLE i will never ever buy there again

I think that it is the worst place to go to. I have been going to casbah for the last 20 years and I have never had such bad serve and the food I wont even comment on, the prices are also ridicules. The service you cant even comment on as there is no service. The staff (waiters) are unfriendly and rude especially the lady Lizbet. We had to wait hour and twenty minutes and it still was not ready, when we asked our money back we were told no, in the end did get back. Will never go back unless things change. Bring back the old staff. I will be taking this further

Very disappointed. Wanted to buy toasted fillet sandwiches because my daughter from England remembers them from her last visit. Have just paid an exorbitant amount for sandwiches that definitely did not contain fillet - they had gristly, fatty cheap steak instead and were AWFUL! Theyve also changed their chip supplier and instead of the thick tasty chips they used to make, theyve now got common fish and chip shop chips. We will never be going there again.

Really nice place for a weekend or Sunday afternoon visit. Theres a lot of staff so ordering is usually a breeze. Their menu is extensive and overall a great experience.

Friendly Manager. Staff friendly. Prompt service. Burgers to curry good with their special Casbah size chips. Sometimes queue waiting but usually running efficient. Smaller sizes available on most meals. They have survived an age old tradition in road house cafes. Fully licensed bar. Bikers welcome and all patronage. Dont forget the ice cream. Voortrekkerweg branch open 24/7.

I am so sorry that I did not capture my flame grilled chicken burger that I bought from Casbah, Voortrekker Road on Friday night!! (or the fact that my husband throw it away before I could take it back). This was an absolute disaster and I will NEVER, EVER buy anything again from Casbah. At first, I thought that I am biting into a piece of steel (not sure where it would have came from, though), just to find out that it actually was TOTALLY GRILLED!!!!! ?chicken fillet. Not even my dogs wanted this piece of ?something. I am astonished as how anybody thought that they can serve this to anybody?Did not even want to rate you as this does not deserve any star, but unfortunately are not able to POST this without rating.A very, very, very disappointed customer

Bought the worst plate of food there just now. Meat is off, patatoes not cooked properly, no gravy on the rice. I used to love their Sunday lunch, they will not see me again!

Very disappointed, the lady who was serving us gave us a wrong order on purpose because I overheard them saying that she made a wrong order for other customers and they send it away and she kept it and gave it to us and after few minutes she gave it to us saying its our order and I did not open to check if it was what I ordered only to see when I was at home and I couldnt go back because it was late already. I still have my slip and the name of the waitress. I have to throw it away because Im allergic to that kind of food. I dont think I will go there anymore.

Ordered a jumbo beef curry toast, it was full of bones and pieces of fat, almost no meat. In the past quality was excellent, but has somehow gone backwards.

Service was so slow, had to wait over an hour for my food. With there being only two other customers. This is only due to insuficient staff. Two people to run everything, there was a third person, some white guy I assume is the manager, that did absolutely nothing other than walk around. Wont be placing an order the next time it is so understaffed!

They changed the Bubblegum milkshake recipe. I wanted to cry. R40 for a milkshake and I could not manage to drink more than half of it.Sauce burgers mushroom sauce is appalling. The burger was warm but the sauce was cold.Manager gave me a coke to apologise for the off milkshake. Thus the 2 stars and not one.Stopped at this place everytime I drove past it. Safe to say Ill never stop here again.
