Very very slow service. Took forever to prepare two toasted sandwiches, which was super dry and in edible. Definitely would not recommend.

Definitely improved since visiting in the beginning of the year when there was never butter for take away muffins. Last visit had no cinnamon for coffee. Need to stock up. Staff friendliness has improved as well

Had super slow service we ordered 3 hot chocolates to go and we waited 20 minutes and it is not asif the shop was super busy... There were 3 people ahead of me and for quite some time nothing happened... Like they were waiting for milk or something I seriously dont know what the held up and delay was but this needs to be addressed please

Really cool spot for coffee any time of the day. They have the legendary Mugg and Bean Pot Pies. All round good spot.

Unfortunately I received the unfortunate experience of drinking half way through my coffee before getting a foreign object in my mouth. After taking it out and inspecting what had landed in my mouth I discovered that it was a fly. It was absolutely disgusting.

The small shop inside the Total store actually services more people than it can accommodate. The food is fresh though and one of the best coffee places within a 5km radius

Never has filter coffee in the morning, all toasted sandwiches are still cold on the inside and lacking toppings. I had a Macon cheddar and tomato sandwich, with 2 very thin slices of tomato and barely any cheddar.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Non edible food - Manager / Owner EXTREMELY rude.I am away for work currently and have stopped at this Mugg n Bean a number of times, very slow service. Which I dont get too bothered by. However in a rush to a meeting 80km away I grabbed a chicken mayo baguette, when I opened it I noticed the cheese didnt smell great. I took that piece of cheese out and carried on as I had over an hour drive. However it was just too stale to eat. Returning to Potch I stopped it just to make them aware. Maria the Bulgarian not sure if she is the manager or owner but she started shouting at my taking the roll apart saying the lettuce was fine . However my complaint was the roll and cheese were not of eating standard. She continued to shout at me infront of both staff and customers that I was shaking and nearly in tears.I apologies and asked why she was being rude and she just continued to shout at me saying the roll was hard because it was in the car all day. It was in the car the whole day because it was not edible when I purchased it. This woman gives a bad name to Mugg n Bean as a brand!!

Had a toasted chicken mayo this morning. The bread was just promise a toast cold and no taste. This is my 3rd bad exsperience never again thank you. You cab go and learn from the 2 between Krugersdorp an Pretoria they can prepare food and best coffee.

The coffee, cuppucino and edibles is really of a good quality. It just tends to require some patience once it becomes really busy, seeing that the amount of staff is so limited to what the mobile unit can contain.

All of the Mugg and Bean on the go are shocking. The coffee maker is not a barista. No skill in making a proper cuppachino at all. The same can be said for the Seatlle coffe shops at the Caltex on the move. The price of cuppachinos in Jhb are unaaceptable. In view of what you are getting.

The owners of the garage are very rude and you wait very long for the things you order. Yet, Mugg and Bean food and drinks are tasty.

I sat at the tables outside the shop waiting for a friend to have some coffee and I ate something I did not buy there while waiting. The owner chased me away because of the food I ate even though I explained that I’m waiting for a friend and will buy a M&B coffee in 5 minutes time. The staff and owners are very rude and have no people skills.

Visited this place a few times because of convenient location, but today was the last time. Every time I get there, the owner is busy fighting with either staff or clients. I also ordered a Matcha Latte, which is my favourite, and it tasted horrible in comparison to what I get from M&B in the mall. What a wase of money.
