Worst restaurant ever the waitress Thalia gave us the worst service ever, its like she forgot that we existed ai, the wings were so salty and the loaded fries tasted like flour with water it is the worst thing Ive seen hle 😫we had to wait 30 minutes for drinks and let me not talk about the food coz wow Im so disappointed

Great service and specials! I always enjoy my time at Fine Things. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The only con is the music that is not diverse. It only caters to a certain demographic and the jukebox has even less diversity. Other than that, the food and drinks are great!

This place offers cocktails and other drinks in an amount you rarely see at many other places. The service is good but make sure you make a reservation as it gets quite busy after work hours.

A great place to visit for a Girls Night Out! Amazing cocktails with very affordable prices during Happy Hour. The food is however a bit overpriced and a lot of the time the kitchen messes up food orders. Close proximity to the North-West University (Potchefstroom Campus) - ideally located for most students.

Dissapointed in this place. I have been here previously a few years back and the service was great, but I dont know what happened since then. We waited for more than an hour for our food and the waiter was no where to be seen. We had to use their call for service watches just to get the attention of somebody. The waiter then also brought the wrong order for our table and then rolled her eyes when we told her we ordered something else. We also asked a different waiter if we can get some of the sauces for our table after which she replied there was nothing available, without even asking if the other tables are even using the sauces. My friend stood up and asked a nearby table of we can quickly borrow their sauces and they had no problem with it. Which is something the waiter couldve done easily and not avoiding doing her job.

Just love the staff. Great menu with a lot of cocktails just love it !

Love Fish at Fine things & go there a lot. The food is amazing and it has such a lively atmosphere...Reason for 2 star is we had to listen to the brunette hostess swearing, losing her temper and scolding the waiters the whole evening and that really spoiled our evening & experience there. Was very unprofessional and disturbing.If not for the above mentioned factor, I would gladly give the place a 5 star review.

The old Fishmonger. Restaurant updated with still the same good food. Decent sized portions and good service. The added benefit of being able to order from both menus (Fine Things and Beefboys next door, which makes it ideal for when one would like a larger verity. Accommodate groop booking for year end function.

Absolutely love this restaurant!! The vibe is great. You ca n sit inside and outside. If you are a regular you may even get a spot! I mean, how awesome is that. There is a jukebox where you can chose music and the service is excellent. Have never had any complains. Prices are also extremely reasonable. Actually quite cheap considering the amount of food you receive.

Good selection of liquor on the menu from wines, beers and cocktails to some original shooters and jars to choose from. A great place to celebrate a milestones with friends and family. When it gets busy you can wait a while for drinks and food, but it is worth the wait.

Fine Things has a great vibe, and a fantastic menu. Perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy cocktails.The venu does get crowded causing the waiters, bar and kitchen to lack serving time. You will wait a very long time for your order.Special events are also enjoyable such as happy hour, ladies night, gents night and live performances every now and then.

Fine things is a perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy great food and cocktails. It has happy hour which is amazing. The only problem is it gets really full at times and thus reducing customer service but besides that its an amazing place.

The name says it all, definitely a fine thing😊. Still cant get over how I love the gourmet milkshakes since my first year at university, it just keeps getting better, although its so difficult to enjoy yourself or rather eat without worrying about calories when you have an overlook view of the gym😂

Only went in for 10 minutes. Left after the 3rd inappropriate song. The songs were vulgar and full of swearing. It was also blasting so loud that you can barely have a conversation.

Its a realky nice place with a nice outside atmosphere. Dont mis their happy hour coctail specials.

I would give 0 stars with as many dislikes as I could. The manager clearly does not know what’s happening at his restaurant! Was there for 1 drink with a group of friends and my drink was spiked by the waiter. This happened 3 weeks ago to another friend of mine. Her water was spiked. This restaurant should actually pay my hospital bill. I am still sick from whatever that waiter put in my drink. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Wish the new section could open, as I am almost finished studying and will not be able to see it. Miss the old menu basket prices
