Best KFC in Potchefstroom, really big dunked wings pieces. Sometimes the ice cream machine isnt working though

Opened at the advertised time. We had no hassle or lines to wait in at the drive thru. The lady that assisted me was helpful and corrected my order to safe me money.Masks was warn when i approached the pay point and with a single tap and no contact payment was made. However a slip was given with gloves but it still could be a form of contamination in a covid infected situation.Still done as clean an hygienic as possible.Same lady assisted me at the collection point with a friendly face. Then a second lady showed her face and provided me with warm delicious coffee and sugar.The Wrap and chicken was normal finger licking good but i feel the chippies could have been beter.Overall i had a hassle free easy-going experience to pay and collect my Kentucky breakfast meal early on a tuesday morning.Thanks ladies for your awesome service, i will definitely visit again.

Work on reducing wait time between payment and order collecting. On this day it was too long. Food is wonderful. Wait time reflected negatively on the staff

Krusher machine not working, but ice cream machine was working. How?

Got the order wrong, waited more than an hour after I ordered it online (the drive thru moved quicker and it was packed). The shop was understaffed and the hand sanitizer was watered down.Staff was rude even though I followed all the instructions on the KFC app. Would 0/5 stars if I could

I am from KZN and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service of the drive through tonight and the quality of the chicken pieces. Moist and tasty. Keep up the good work.!!

Services slow, may be because of covid.Person whom we pay at also prepares our order.But I loved the efforts in covid compliance in that we were screened, our details taken and sanitized and seating arrangements gives room for social distancing. Keep it up... Lives matter

Always some sort of problem when I go there. Theyre either out of chicken (even as early as 11am) or they cant supply frozen deserts or salads. The crunch burgers are as tiny as a snack burger with the patty not even weighing 50g. Really disappointing indeed

Everything is fine

I live close by this KFC, and have visited it often over the years. The one thing that has been consistent is product unavailability and never-mindedness by the managers. I now drive past this KFC to go to another.

IF you get the correcr order the food is acceptable. More often than not the order is incorrect and you end up with someone elses food. Any order after 21:00 is generally met with we do not have burgers, chicken fillets or dunked wings.

The worst KFC in Potchefstroom. Theyll never put up a sign before the drive-through to tell customers that their card machine isnt working, even during peak-time.

I waited in the queue for about 5 to 10 minutes. My order was never taken even after the person before me was helped. If they are too busy with the drive-through orders, the clients in the till queue should at least be informed or redirected to the drive-through. Bathrooms are not maintained.

Decent, freshly prepared chicken that tastes the way that Kentucky chicken should.

The ice cream machine is broken 80% of the time. No berry crushers etc. Thats okay, but why not just put a piece of paper with a note/warning before we enter the drive thru and get stuck for 20 minutes in the cue??

Just extremely frustrating. The employees always has an attitude, they have awful stock management and are extremely slow. But what angers me the most, is that the advertise that they now accept student cards, but I havent been able to pay with my students EVEN ONCE!!!!

The chances of going to this KFC and not being told that the ice cream machine is broken is slim to none. And on the off chance that youre able to order an ice cream or krusher the debit/credit card machine will most likely be offline.

There are no words to describe this place. The ice cream machine and krusher machine has been broken for a long time now. We usually go through the drive through because its easier with a child. At the drive through we waited more than 15min for someone to help us at the window. We hooted and called (we could see some people in the kitchen but got no reply) even the car behind us got no service. So we went in and in the whole place there were only 2 people working!!!!

Really dissapointed with the poor service. Have been waiting for 20-30 minutes for food in the drive through with only one car in front of me for the Last 5 times I have visited this KFC. The food is Good - but gosh, really not worth it to wait that long at a fast food restaurant.

Still the worst to wait for food, eventually decided walking in whilst parked in the drive through queue to place the order at the counter, had enough time to walk back to my car, sit and wait another 10 minutes before getting to the order box, and turning around to walk in and still wait another 30 minutes for my order, well done!

Always out of stock if not with chicken then with drinks,seriously the worst stock managment ever!!!! Drive thru takes much longer than it will take you to drive through to klerksdorp kfc and back and at least kfc in klerksdorp has stock

Dont waste your time at this place !!! It doesnt deserve the 1 star but there is no option to give 0. Tried to get a normal family meal and had to wait more than 20 minutes in drive through. Looking through the service window there was no staff visible inside. When we eventually got our order and I complained the excuse was sorry we are understaffed. Then at least notify people of this fact and extended service time at the entrance so they can decide to go somewhere else. A clear symptom of absent and incompetent management. Never again !!!

Good place for a quick bite, but very slow at times, more often than not they are out of stock of something or their menu isnt updated or they have technical issues. Not always the freshest food as well.

Second time I buy food here where the service is absolutely horrible! Obviously not enough staff to do the work. Waiting a long time to get service to order then waiting extra longer for food. Staff is also not friendly at all and shout at one another. Would not recommend this KFC to anyone!

Bad had to wait for someone to notice us, not just me but other people aswell, just kept on calling no out and serving the drive through. If it was not for my granddaughter I would have left, this was after we had to wait for our food more then 30 min in the Parys drive through. That was not at all a pleasure to buy food at KFC today. people must think twice before buying food at KFC

As you know KFC is usually a nice place to buy food from. But this specificKFC is a great plessure to shop at. Their personel are friendly helpfull and thr shop is so clean you can easily eat from the floor. And that new double down burger is my favourite at this moment. A great pleasure to shop there

Waited far too long. Bought 2 x double crunch down and was disapointed because of the chilli. Is this the way forward by KFC because you cant nowadays buy chicken without that burning taste. Its awful.

They continually forget some food items with large orders placed via the drive-thru. Weve experienced this multiple times and it is unacceptable. Enquiries are answered with non-committal I will investigate. Needless to say, we were never told the results of these investigations, and we highly recommend avoiding this branch.

Drive through cery slow at times and card machine doesnt work most of the time. Availability not very good, alot of times no fillets or no buns. Service at the kfc at the drive through wimpy is alot better.
