Great staff good food

They always make mistakes. I have had received incomplete orders for three times now. Clearly they are consistent with mistakes or just making me pay for nothing.Not happy at all with such

I had a very sad and irritating experience as I had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get my 15 pieces order and the two ladies who were helping us were very much inconsiderate and so uncaring as we had to go time and again to ask for our order, unlike other Kentuckys franchise in Potchefstroom this one was the worst and I dont think Ill ever go to that branch again.

Bee there a few times, and everytime there is only one employee. So you stand in the line for a long time or wait for your order a long times. Food is good though.

This KFC is very fast with the food and service, there was 6 people in front of me and I got my food so fast I dont even think it was 5 minutes

Firstly we only ordered two milkshakes after standing outside for an half an hour because there is only one teller working. Secondly we had to wait forty minutes to receive the WRONG order and when we finally got the right order it tasted like nesquik which I could have just made at home.

Gave us our order but the rest of the order wasnt there 😑🙄🙄 we ordered bucket for 2 and they didnt give us our wings like tf 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

What a horrible experiences. It is an extremely small restaurant. There is literally 3 tables and a counter. The counter only has one stool. They dont stock any diet soda. Orders take forever to be served. They have one persone taking orders over lunch time and the staff prepping the food are very loud. I think the only positive thing was the good tunes they played.

Their services are fast. But can get crowded at times.

It closes way too early, not sure if its due to the lockdown regulations or what. But closes way too early for comfort.

The service was bad. There was one cashier and she was helping both in-store and Mr Delivery customers. In store customers had to wait for the Mr Delivery customers to be helped before they can get their food.

The food is nice just wish the portions were bigger. Service is either really fast or really slow depending on what time youre there during the week or weekend. Overall its okay. Bonus - you can pay with your student card.

KFC Die Bult was lekker. They give good and friendly service and their chicken isnt too oily at all. All I can say is that it was a good, quality experience to eat at KFC Die Bult. The only things they could improve on is the creamyness of the ice cream, and the paint coming off on some of the metal things.

False advertising they say 24/7 but take each night a hour for cash ups.Food quality not to standard an make yourself ready for a real long wait for your food.Cashiers also very rude and the list continues!

Love this KFC. Always has quick service, open 24/7 and its close to me. Couldnt have been on a better location, the bult would not be the same without it.

Very busy when I was there

The most pathetic place I have ever been by far!!!!! Took 1hour and 54 minutes to receive my order...and only one waitress was working all that time named Gertia...they should rather make her the owner...maybe service will be better then!!!! You should just close down!!!!!!

Convenient since its the only truly 24hour store on the bult but its very small and the lines tend to flow out of the store

Service not good.Ice cream machine out of order.staff not friendly.waiting in drive thru for about 30min with only one other car in the drive thru with us. Disappointed in food as well, looked like it was just slapped together.would not recommend.

You always have to wait long for service and to get food, I mean why have a restaurant at a student area and have one person to operate the till thats poor planing
