Only ever use the drive through. The staff are very polite and competent. There is sometimes quite a long wait when compared to other fast food outlets, but the quality has been generally consistent. The healthy options do not live up to the marketing, but this is more a comment about the chain than this particular establishment.

The service was great, but you wait for long on the line before buying.

The staff has a great attitude towards the customers although they are all in the kitchen and no one is available to assist you when you place an order, a slight change will prove to be beneficial. But Ill just like to add that the spicy chips they serve are by far the best Ive had, hopefully they can show the other Nandos franchises in small towns

I love Nandos, but the new dessert is not that great. Bring back the Churros please!!!

Yes I passed there on Wednesday and ate nice from drive true, and they abide with Covid 19 regulations. I even use the rest room nice and clean friendly staff it was nice and quiet

Staff is friendly place is neat and the food is to die for Best chicken in all Provinces and I have tried all 8 Provinces. Keep it up. I once took 43 staff members for lunch and service was excellent 😚😚☺

I always love Nandos, but this is the third time i order a pulled chicken and cheese pita but when i get home i have a normale chicken pita! I hate the normal chicken pitas.

Booking online or through MrD were I informed that items were not available. Driving thru I received all my original items at half the time.

Staff are incompetent. You wait for some time. Repeat your order 4 times and it stillArrives at the table wrong. Then the cashier has the audacity to instruct me to calm down when he was wrong!Total incompetence to the next level.

Adding on to @Tinelle Groblers complaint. Besides complaining the cashier also had a very cheeky attitude! Was a very unpleasant experience would not recommend.

The whole menu was not available due to stock availability. The chicken though was exactly how I remembered it from the last time I had it. Perfect consistency by Nandos Potchefstroom.

Great for a quick bite of over-saused chicken. If you love sauce & dont like the taste of chicken, its the ideal spot. Im just glad there was a KFC nearby where the taste is honest & reliable. Nice restaurant, with friendlies none the less,, serving the dictates of a h.o. whos never bothered with a survey to establish likes & dislikes

The place was poorly ventilated, only one person working the till, our food came after like 35minutes and it was not complete. We honestly didnt enjoy the service. The food was delicious nonetheless

Bad service, we ordered our food and went to the table at an outside place where there were umbrellas the floor was dirty the tables were dirty and not organized, we had to arrange them ourselves. I asked the waiter to bring a cloth to clean the table, she never came back, then I had to go by myself it was then they came. The waiter brought the meals and we had to wait for some time for our rolls and drinks. I also went and ask them for salt. Very bad service indeed.

The worst Nandos Ive been to. The place was filthy dirty. Our order took forever to come, and when it eventually came, they got one of our meals wrong. We were promised glasses for our drinks, they never came. Really poor service.

They had our order wrong. All 3 meals had something missing. Food was still well prepared.

During month end they have to be ready for high number of customers. Reason being that they told me I have to wait for 15min to get my order (whole chicken). And pity you pay first & tell you other story when youre about to collect at Drive thru.

Drove through on our way home which is Vierfontein ordered a full chicken cut into 8 with 3 sides only to get home and find 2 pieces ( a thigh and drumstick) were missing. Unfortunately when we got home tried to call and store was closed already and when they gave us the order they took our slip back. Utterly disappointed and food ended up not being enough for us. Kindly remedy this as we did pay for a full chicken. Check your surveillance if necessary!

The level of service wasnt good. The teller wasnt helpful and looked unfriendly. The waiter brought food with cutlery only wrapped in serviets. There were incomplete seasoning spices on the table,nit even showing us where to collect sauces.

I was waiting in the drive thru for my food after paying...and gosh did we waited!! After getting to the front, I asked what the reason for waiting so long was, I was told they were working alone. Mind you three cars were in front. Not a long queue but still unacceptable. Can the manager help?

Their chicken was not good as vereeniging nandos. As well as the stuff service. Maybe they do it so fast for earning too muvh money thats why they Didnt look after service quality. Hope so they will upgrade their service.

Did a sit in. Worst experience ever, nobody bothered to come to my table as I needed a doggy bag. I could have sat here the whole afternoon and nobody would have acknowledged my presence. I keep looking up to make eye contact, and they looked at me and walked away
