Came to check in at 10 pm, nobody at reception! Could not book the night while rooms were available on booking.com

In dire need of renovationsOnly the outside is niceKitchen and balcony is so tiny, cramped and uncomfortable, old floors, bathrooms, kitchen, too small for 6 people at a time! Very little cupboard space. Pots were ancient, very old fridge which wasnt cold enough, no cutting knives, horrible conditions!Apart from the load shedding, we didnt have water from 8am on Wednesday, until Thursday 12pm, we leftStaff were wonderful, very helpful and understandingWater was provided but not enough for 6 peopleWill never go there again

Service is terrible, rooms dont get serviced on time, fans and lights are left switched 3 weeks after holiday makers have left. Kapenta Bay Resort is just another white elephant, that is going to be delapidated soon

Very bad the worst hotel I haver been in my life, no water on the showers, its a very old building needed repairing, and paied alot for it. I strongly wouldnt recommend. Not even one star to rat it.
