The vibe here is quite great and they play good music too. Put on your best outfit and have fun at this place.Im editing my review from 5 🌟 to 3 🌟 based on my latest visit. I didnt quite enjoy myself, the place was too crowded, it was difficult to move around and the waiters took forever to assist us with our orders. The ladies restrooms were a mess!!! There was water everywhere and this is not the first time Ive encountered this problem at this place. They really need to do something regarding their restrooms 🚻.

Good Day. The place, food and Music was really nice but the service was really poor. The waitress was really rude.

The service was the most poor. I wanted to have pork belly and the waitress said she would not encourage me to have it. I ordered lamb shank and they did not have it. We waited for our drinks for over 20 minutes and our food was also brought later than expected. Everytime we asked the waitress for something, she kept saying she will attend to us after she had dealt with her other customers.I am not going back any time soon. It was my first time in Polokwane Cofi 👎

It was super packed. Felt very congested, but other than that the music was on point. Never really got anything to drink due to an overflow of people...which was a down side for me. So customer service was really bad in that case. But I really had fun with my friends. Its a great place on a good day. So definitely going back soon.

The place is ok and the food is average but the service is extremely slow, even we changed our order to take aways as we had to get back to the office and could not wait any longer.So this is more a place to meet friends for a drink or two and definitely not a place for a quick lunch.

The service was terrible, the waiters spend most of their time waiting by the door and they got most of the orders wrong. We had to call them to fetch the plates from the table because they never came to check on us. Customers who are regulars and known get more attention. There’s also a lot of favoritism with regards to seats. The waiter never introduced themself to us and we had to stand up and go pay by the door because no one was paying attention to us. The staff doesn’t even know each other, we’re forced to pay a 10% service for poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and book a buffet.

Cofi was so perfect, situated in a shopping centre with a free and safe parking. Smoking area is fitted with latest gas heater. I enjoyed hubblybubbly and the place was full. I was not happy when they closed early due to toilets not working. Toilets are clean.
