Other than the noticeable slow service from the restaurant, it was a great experience. The rooms are clean, the welcome and reception stuff are friendly.The food was amazing, but it would be great to communicate with patrons the waiting periods, serving process and procedure.Overall it was a great experience. I dont know how to explain it,but in a nut shell,the place is beautiful,have never seen it in South Africa,i was in Dubai last year before the covid,your place really match your standard,you will see us a lot,have already recommended it to my friends

Weve had an interesting time at this five star hotel, which left us confused. The facility is just great in many ways, and then the service we got, especially at the restaurant was terribly disappointing. The food came about 90 minites following ordering and still complaining about the long wait. In that waiting period, no one checked if we were okay or needed anything. And then the food came and it wasnt fully cooked, which I could not, as were my colleagues, finish eating. The even worrying fact was how casual was the manager about the issues raised. But let me tell you, the rooms are among the best Ive slept in, in a hotel. What a big contradiction!?!?

Ok one of my favorite places so far, I received 5* treatment, the food was amaaaazing, the wine cellar is a work of art, the staff is among the best, the rooms were Royale, I litterally dont have one bad word to say about this place. I would definitely go back again, not for vacation tho but more for meetings or work

If you are looking for luxury and opulence lifestyle for a few nights, book here when you come to Polokwane. It is like a whole castle, the suites are big and friendly staff. The chef from Fusion is passionate about serving great food. One thing I do not like though; they have rules of a hostel. You cant bring a guest to sleep overnight and you cant bring food from outside to your room. This is far from every other 5 star hotel I have been in.

The food was classic. All the dishes I had were well styled and presented. Taste was effortless. There is just a lovely ambience about this place and the people. I enjoyed relaxing on the day beds next to the water features. It was tranquil and undisturbed. I wish the place had a pool because Polokwane is very hot

I dont think they were ready to open post covid, the service was not good, the water in the bathroom was limited and the toilet made a noise. The place has no swimming pool or jacuzzi. We were told that our guests need to leave by 9pm, I wouldnt visit this place again.

Service was slow, chicken burger patty dry and overcooked..the (same as 2 weeks ago), nobody at reception. Lovely starter (soup)

When arriving at the gate, the security guard walks up and greets you asking you to confirm your name and that you are checking in. As you park the car, the potter is waiting to assist with any luggage. Walking up to the front desk, the clerk greets you by name and requests you to sign the check in forms. All staff are warm, friendly and ooze expertise in their roles. I get the impression they are working for a good organization and love what they do. Well done, keep it up, see you soon.

The buildings exterior and interior are beautiful, with a mix of modern design and old fashioned class (I suppose thats the reason its called Fusion Boutique Hotel). The food was definitely 5 star+.My partner and I organised and hosted a baby shower for a family member. We ran into a few issues with an organizer that was less than helpful, but after a simple request for management to step in, we received the most dedicated team Ive ever worked with at a venue.Thank you for an excellent function and all the care that was taken.
