Their drinks are very nice and waitress are very good and polite however the food isnt worth it. The calamari portion was very small and both calamari and fish were overcoated with spice

Friendly service but I found the food quite ordinary... I unfortunately cannot say that our party of 5 were wowed over. The outdoor shady garden ambiance felt a bit too artificial for me considering that the business consumes the bulk of what once was likely a residential property. All in all... It was an ok experience. My husbands chicken mayo and bacon tramezinni tasted a bit like fish, which probably means that the same oil or grill area is used to for both hake and calamari as well as bacon. I would prefer to try other places in the future rather than do a repeat visit.

What a awesome and tranquil coffee shop/restaurant. Me and my family had an awesome time visiting this place. Its small and cost and very romantic. Its a great place for brunch and even to host a small conference. Very please with the standard of food as I have been there on multiple occasions. Waiters and staff are all friendly, toilet facilities are decent and there is enough parking. One of their best features is their outside seating at night with night lights. This provides a very romantic setting. The scenery and setting represents their name Ambiance. If I have to give a critique it would be for them to improve their kids play area. Other than that a beautiful place to visit.

The food is EXCELLENT. I will recommend this place to anybody.A very peaceful atmosphere, a great place to relax after a day at the office or to bring friends and family.They apparently started to stock a craft beer called KCB, and I must say it is rather very enjoyable.All my thumbs up.Will come again when Im in Polokwane.Come give it a try.

The place is clean, and the atmosphere is vibrant, a real treat to go when you want a tasty meal. The waiter was very friendly and served us swiftly and professionally. He made sure we were satisfied, I must mention that their pasta is very nice.Keep it up guys!

Absolutely terrible service. We visit this restaurant regularly during our lunch, where we usually receive average service, except for the white female waiter, who always has comments about our orders. For instance, my friend ordered a Sprite Zero this one time, and she had the audacity to say that its a boring order. Today, we phoned in at 12:30 to order food so long for take-away because we only have an hour lunch between 13:00 and 14:00. When we arrived there the food wasnt ready and we asked her whats going on. Her comment: we are slow. You wont even get a glass of water here under 10 minutes - I dont know, but I dont think this is what you should say to customers when they complain about service. I wont even order a glass of water here again. I would rather go somewhere better where I get proper service for the price I pay. This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating. Horrible
