What a beautiful setting with views of the vineyards and mountains. Outside seating is amazing and peaceful. The food was good not great. Unfortunately they do not have a non-alcoholic choice of wine for designated drivers but was informed by the others that the Chardonnay was amazing.The service was brilliant and friendly. The portion sizes are very big and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely go there again - lol it was worth the 40 minute drive. 🤣

We arrived without a booking and a table of six. They were most accommodating in seeing up a table for us. The food is amazing, one of the best risotto I have had, cooked to the perfect consistency.

The service experience was really shocking, which is a pity because the restaurant and the views are stunning.Our waiter lost interest in us as soon as he realized we were not having dinner. I went for a drink and brought my kids to have milkshakes to try the place as we just moved to Paarl.I asked about high chairs and the waiter said they do have them inside but did not offer to bring one. I asked if I can get an extra chair and he let me get one myself and did not help.He brought milkshakes, my baby spilt it all over himself and the table (no high chair) and he did not clean up, I DID, but he did not remove the mess for the whole hour we stayed.He ignored us the whole time so I had to go inside to ask for water when my daughter slit her lip open.He still didnt clean up the mess on the table, which by now was full of tissues. It was disgusting.I had to get someone to call our waiter for the bill.I am so disappointed at the service. I still tipped well because I have some dignity but I think the staff really need some training in how to be decent human beings as well as staff.

Amazing food, good wine and spectacular views

If you are looking to enjoy some delicious Italian food in Paarl then Cucina Di Giovanni is the place for you. Their menu has a vast range of different Italian dishes available. My wife and I shared some pizza, which was very tasty, and some of the other guests had different pastas and risottos, which looked delicious and they spoke very highly of. The restaurant is quite big so it doesnt feel cramped, but I prefer their outside dining area as you sit under big trees and have a beautiful view. The day we visited was a bit chilly outside so we sat inside and they had their heaters going which made it warm and cozy. The restaurant also had a very energetic atmosphere and the staff and manager were very attentive. Good food, good atmosphere and a great option for both winter and summer - what more do you need.

A favourite in the Paarl area. Perfect stop on a sunny day to sit outside or in winter, inside next to the fire place. The menu is easy and tasty with a great selection of italian foods. To round it off Stellios and his team are always the perfect hosts.

Absolutely good food, massive portion, excellent taste for a fair price. The staff was super friendly, in our case Manuel 👍, and the owner also takes huge effort to build relationship with EVERY guest. (the portions are actually bigger then they might look on the pics).

Unfortunately the manager is a racist. I physically went to the restaurant to make a booking because I wanted a table that was close enough to the play area so that my nephew could play without us having to get up and watch over him. The booking would be for 7 people. The manager took one look at me and started berating me with all these unnecessary questions about how long we would be staying. He decided that my answers werent good enough and would not allow me to make a booking.Youd think that a 7 person booking would be good for business especially during these COVID times.

Wonderful setting and consistantly good food offering, great lunch venue.

Really poor service. Phone gets answered then then put down. Had to phone several times to speak to a person for a reservation. No voiced protocols are adhered to at the restaurant either. Would not recommend.
