Very disappointed in the Service & slack attitude. Firstly I asked the front office lady & gent - can my IPhone X have a battery change, YES stated both of them. Signed the iPhone in quoted me & said SEE YOU in 2/3 hrs.When I returned later, I was told, terribly SORRY we don’t have any Stock of those batteries??😡😡😡 Needless to say I was not impressed!!Take ownership of the problem…..Sorry was not good enough!! Staff need to be trained.

Was really happy with Smerno then I moved to another apartment giving nearly 3 weeks notice to ensure everything was set up by the time I moved in. Moved in and still nothing, paid the migration fee. Called Jade to see whats happening and apparently thinking that Smerno is active in my complex, it was discovered it isnt and sadly had to move to another provider. Now trying to get the money back since the middle of Feb has been a nightmare. How does it take nearly 2 months to pay someone. Quick to take money but cant even give it back......disappointed in your customer services!

Smerno has gone DOWNHILL over the past 3 months. Appalling response time (if any at all); constant issues with debit orders and debit order amounts. Emailed to change line from current to new address. Still no response. Clearly they dont need the business. Will definitely be changing and certainly dont recommend

How sad that most of the highest rated reviews are actually for a cafe. SMERNO INTERNET is a joke. NO responses from Charmaine who has now taken over from Jade. What a pity. They clearly cant get there stuff together, especially since the transfer to some company called Futureneer will certainly not be continuing service and DO NOT recommend.

We are a new customer of Smerno and would like to thank Jade from the Connection Department for her help and taking our calls. It is so great to actually be able to speak to someone on the phone to resolve things, instead of going on line and waiting for a response to your ticket which takes days. From day one my business has had endless troubles with Smerno. Their system does not work effectively and when questioned they are always blaming the hardware, which they supplied. The staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Dealing with Smerno as a whole has been a costly and tiresome period that I am extremely pleased to put

Havent had great service from Smerno at all. After sales follow through is poor with no urgency to getting anything rectified. No phone calls or follow ups. Unfortunately a complimentary lunch and coffee wont make up for the lack of service I have received from the team.

Smerno came highly recommended. However this was short lived. After we proceeded with payment for a business fibre line for our restaurant smerno went silent in terms of when the installation was going to happen. Today I had to follow up for the 4th time with this company after every single time they told us they would get back to us regarding the installation date However its been over 2 weeks and still no installation date has been confirmed!!!! I called 4 times to ask the sales manager she apologized but didnt rectify the lack of communication from there side whatsoever.

Its took them over two weeks to try and install an alarm at my shop and still did not finish they broke items and then say it was not them . And never get back to you when promised...... very poor customer service

They screwed up their debit orders and then triple debited my account. Their admin is absolutely incompetent if existent at all. Steer clear unless you have very deep pockets with room for error!

When youre out looking for a new service and the company youre already dealing with has just that what your looking for, look no further! Here is Smerno and their great and efficient team able to supply, this time, insurance!I can store my data, talk telephonically at really impressively cheap rates, renew my web domains which all of course use the amazingly quick fibre connection supplied by Smerno and now I can insure my tech too. Great!Looking at the security option next...Keep it up Smerno!! Amazing what you guys have accomplished during these trying Covid times.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. you get treated like youre a joke and they like to falsely advertise on social media by getting family members and friends to say they are the best. look at Google reviews as well, most reviews are once again friends and family. but there are a few real ones there.When saying to the CEO of the company that he is not treating would be customers with respect he likes bringing up personal issues and making out like youre the problem

Smerno is not just a group of companies, its a lifestyle. They are multifaceted providing services in security, armed response, monitoring, fibre, internet service provider, VoIP and devices all under one roof. I particularly like the Smerno Cafe which launched recently. They make the best toasted sandwiches. My favorite being the biltong and blue cheese toasted sandwich. I recommend if you need a pick me up to try the coffee, its Devine. The people you meet are friendly and the environment is really therapeutic

Very bad service. Family members of mine made arrangemenst with Smerno for fibre installation at the MDU they manage about 10 months ago and its not active yet. I posted a 1 star rating on facebook being in my right to do so. My 1 star rating was complained about directly to my employer via whatsapp and I was told to remove my rating. I was also told that Legal action will be taken against myself if I did not remove the 1 star rating off facebook. My rating still stands as 1 star for not completing the Fibre installation at the MDU in Bellville. Futhermore for contacting my employer to complain about my rating of Smerno as a company was unnecessary. Most unprofessional conduct from the CEO of Smerno. I might be small in the eyes of some people at Smerno, but my rating makes a difference. To date no apology from Smerno for contacting my employer, regarding a matter that had nothing to do with my work. Fibre installation still remains incomplete at the MDU.
