Absolutely worst service. Happy to take the money for their installation (after they did their assessment and confirmed that signal and everything is ok) which is alot of money and from day one Ive had issues with network speed and my WiFi disconnecting all the time. I complain and I get told find someone else because we cant help you, but happily charge me full amount every month for a 10mb line when I hardly get half of that. No calls go through to support. Run for the hills...Telkom would give better service and that says alot.

Worst company ever, Boland Online/ Paarl Online / Smartswitch, dont be fooled they take you money and then give you no internet in return. Their service departmebt never calls back or answers the phone when they do they dont fix anything. I hace had no net for 6wks ping 1012 mbps .017 i paying for 4mbps.

The internet infrastructure is the worst I have ever experienced.I would not recommend this service!Update: 12 calls, 3 emails and 24hours later with no internet connection or feedback...... I have received better service from telkom.Update update: I had to drive to their offices and request assistance.

Since their installation my PC says Wi-Fi network not secure, because they use WEP and WEP security standards are older and have known flaws (consider changing the type of security that your router or access point uses) and every time the technision say do not worry about that reset the router (because the internet is on and off throughout the day)

Unstable, available during business hours but no support after hours. Whatsapp number not operational. Do not entrust them with your internet and voip all at once. They can not maintain everything. Shop around.

Worst service. Signed contract more than a week ago. Today was the 3rd time this week that they postponed the installation. Dont waste your time

Service is extremely poor !! Waiting 4 days to be helped. Technician is scheduled for the next day each time, but does not get me out of me. Only 1 phone line left either occupied or unanswered. If only there was someone who could handle my complaint as a priority. I have no internet and my bills have to be paid.
