Terrible service from this so called franchise branch as one of the staff put it. They are probably let down by the non customer centric processes of vodacom but also still dont know the first thing about customer service. Im happy to be ending my relationship with this vodacom.

Excellent service

Sloppy and unprofessional service when attempting to close our wifi account. Initially I was given incorrect information on which documents were needed, and after finally handing in the correct documents, I assumed all would be handled professionally. However, 2 months later I noted they were still deducting the full amount, and after leaving a message for the George Manager to call me back and not receiving any return call, I finally managed to cancel the account through their Head Office. When I asked for a refund from original date of cancellation, Vodacom Head Office told me that George Vodacom denied receiving my documents. Basically, I was told Im fabricating the entire event.

Brilliant service and help with my phone you guys are tops there.
