A fitness studio focused on the individual... Love training here as its classes given where you train with your own body weight using skipping ropes, weights, steps etc... Note this is not a gym with treadmills, bicycles etc you are trained in a class set-up up. Atmosphere is great and trainers are friendly and work with you to reach your goal.
