With my lifestyle I was struggling to find something to help get me back into shape but didnt want to be in a gym with other skinny ladies or men pumping iron. I have been going to Bodytec now for three months and not only do i feel better i can also see the changes in my body...even my Fiance has commented on it. I am a smoker and i love my Vino and yet this training has also become part of my lifestyle and its the best thing i ever did!!!

Fantastic and friendly service with Michelle and Stefan. They challenge you every time and watch your weight. I still hurt and stiff every time after a workout. Its really only 20min exercise but very sore muscles for a few days after
