Good burgers. Must re introduce bottomless softdrinks. That was their drawcard.

Boerewors burger is my favourite an the mayo sauce,..just sometimes the drink is flat an way to much Ice

Always friendly. But their screen dont show what you have ordered in the drive through. So I got to the till and got 4x what i asked for.

We have just ordered a take away through Mr Delivery. Did not receive the whole order, although it is on the slip and paid. Tried to call, but no answer on the land-line. Called the customer care number and they gave us the same telephone number. No answer!?

I love burger king but had not a lekke experience.. Took my wife out for date night drive thru 😅.. But then our whoppers had no mayo on and also no mayo in the bag was abit disappointing as a main ingredient was not on.. With that said their food is always tasty

It is a Burger King, you get what you see, which is not a bad thing.

Quick service and exactly what you expect. Burgers are not made well, my burger patty was very overdone with the toppings not spread out and just lumped on. Took it apart and rebuilt the burger and it was ok. Still the best fast burgers and better than McDs etc, wish they got the consistency better

My go to place for a quick take away, derive and food is 90% of the time awesome. Sometimes they might be out of stock of some of my favorites like the chicken burger or loaded fries,but the taste when you get it again makes up for it😁

I ordered food from you on friday 7th of may and received the wrong order. When i phoned the contact number provided, nobody answered the phone. I have contacted Burger King customer care and the matter remains unresolved. Very dissappointed in the service

They walk to your vehicle to take a order without giving you a chance to even have a look at the menu and then when the order comes it comes without any sauce of salt on the fries service is bad

The que at the drive tru can be long sometimes but it moves, gives you enough time to ponder what to eat. Never had an order wrong and always received friendly service from the Paarl BK.

I drove al the way from Klapmuts for this Burger King.Arrived at 9pm (drive thru closes at 10pm).Waited 5 minutes in drive thru, climbed out went to door and knocked for almost another 5 minutes just for someone to respond with, were closed only drive thru open.So I went back to drive thru, again no service at first window . Drove to last window and then the first window lady woke up and helped us.All good, got our food after 10 minutes.Drove 15minutes to home.Had to heat up burger and fries as it was cold , never a problem.. but yesterday night the burger got soggy (the grossest lettuce I have ever seen), and I realized the fries was undercooked.Going to add photo now.Only gave 1 star for the name of Burger King.This experience was definitely a 0/5 star worth.So wouldnt drive here again sometime soon.

On Sunday 3th Jan 4 of us got into the drive through line at Burger King at 7:40. We waited our turn and when we got to the window by 19:58 we were told they are closed. It was upsetting for us to have waited in line when management could have sent someone out to inform all the people waiting in line that they will be not make it too service the client in the drive through. I felt this was poor foresight on managements behalf.

I decided to take my grand daughter for a Chilli Chicken Burger, I had one as well. It had basically been thrown together, the bun was disgusting, the lettuce was soggy, just a real messy Burger, needless to say its my last visit there.

They are not halaal. So muslim people dont bother stopping there.

Saved our bacon by staying open all the way to 8pm in the middle of lockdown. Also the bacon king burgers were great!

Extremely disappointed in this place. This is now the third time I have been lied to by your staff about the coupons on your burger king app. The last time I was there I used R38 of my burger king Crowns that I saved to use on the buy one whopper get one free for R37. Previous times when I bought this I paid R37 for the two burgers. But now, not only did they take my R38 Crowns they still said I must pay R37!!! They did not want to refund my crowns as well. In the end I paid R75 for an offer thats R37. The people at this place need to be trained properly on how the app works.

Cant speak or understand my language which happens to be more than 50% of Western Cape peoples home language. They could not assist me as I have not got my order number on me when I called to complain.Serious lack of caring for the future of their business.

Always a mess up to order. Havent had stock for certain products since Sunday (its Friday already) and cant even pour your own drink like other branches? Also doesnt stick to times stated on the door. Closes 10pm? Was there at 9pm and nobody was there.Cant see this place staying open much longer.

About a month or 2 ago went back there for a meal my wife forgot her phone on table. Realised about 1km out of Paarl, Immediately phoned her phone and it went straight to voice mail. When we approached the lady that helped us she became rather stroppy. We asked to view the camera footage but was told the person dealing with this will be in the next day. They gave us the contact detais. We phoned the next day the lady said she is busy and would look into it and get back to my wife within 3 hours.Suffice to say to date we have heard nothing from her. This puts a rather negative spin on a place that serves great value for money burgers. The other negative was the place however being empty wasnt the normal clean place i have come to expect, the mop and bucket of water was just standing in the centre of the floor, the trays they brought us was filthy and staff was at most time maskless. Burger King you have just lost 2 loyal clientele.

The cashier never gave us a slip, and unfortunately we forgot to ask for one.We ordered two pepsi maxes with our meals, but one was plain pepsi.We ordered a BK crunch with cheese, and got a whopper instead!Wont recommend the drive through to anyone ever again after being a regular for the past year, and getting such bad service.Really mad for the mix up with the pepsi max and plain pepsi, as Im a diabetic and the added sugar can make me extremely sick.

Drive-thru was sufficient and my whopper with cheese was great.

Interior untidy! Seemed as if no cleaning was done for the past six hours! Order not in order! We ordered sit-in but given take away. No hand-cleaning paper issued with the order. Attendant seemed tired and employed I dont care attitude. No cleaner in sight! Security guy is the only one who helped when a drink fell on the ground! Please adhere to standards. Quality is better than quantity. The quality of the meal, a clean and serene environment and customer satisfaction are better than the numbers of customers served!
