Quarter pounder meals were very nice and for a change there was ginger beer as a sugar free option. Tasted like it was out of a can. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal along the Berg River.

I was here in morning for my breakfast and it was my first time to have breakfast at paarl McDonald but so much disappointed about the burger I ordered larg bigMac but the burger was not presentable and it was not looking goodif in the morning your staff not making good food what about when you are very busy?

Good service. Quick in and out. Food were good. Just a shame that such a lot of beggars are hanging around. Keep doors locked and stay vigilant.

Im always like super happy @Mcdees and Ive always like your friendly service... but on Sunday... my R20 fell out and one of the customers gave it to someone at the till.. (a cashier) and the friendly lady that was at the door somehow ask me if I got my change and we checked on the slip and in my pocket was only the R15. something so shes like one of the customers picked your r20 up and gave it to the a cashier or who ever.. so she went to them to tell them... and they were like no they are not going to give it back, cause how do they know its mine!.. And I was like.. heres the slip and heres the change, cause I left something there the front.. and she came to gove it to me.. anyw I said to her before they said they nit going to give it back.. I like told her she can keep it for her.. Never the less.. I know its only a r20 but for some of us that money can go for 2 loafs of bread..

Pay for 2 Large Big Mac meals, you say no ice in cool drink they give you ice, the burger all lettice dry pattie and bun, what happend with the lekka Big Mac with the sauce!!? Please dont adv no more. Lyk leka op die tv, maar wat jy kry??????? Dit is al wat ek nog eet by MC, het alles anders op gehou eet oor wat jy bestel en wat jy kry is nie die selfde nie. Believe me not the 1st, 2,3,4,5th time in Paarl. You order nuggets, they ask you what flavour dip, you say sweet and sour, only when you get home you will see it is Chilli! ( If I want to eat it, I will order it so!!!) Say R150, the burger still same size, only chips and drink is a Large. Phone me back please if there is some1, I live in Paarl. No one answers the phone. Covid i know, respect for the people still working, and please atleast they still have work, Paarl MC spoild my B-day....

Service in general at any McDonalds is bad. Ive never been to a McDonalds and had great service. Blame is directed solely to the company and its management to ensure proper training to all of their staff members.

Went in store. Systems were offline although it allowed us to place our orders via the self service counters.We ended up having to recorder everything manually and then they still got the order wrong.

Absolutely shocking!! Person ar drive through window couldnt even take my order properly and when I corrected her she got rude and impatient. Will NEVER return here again!!!

Ordered a strawberry frappe, and when the monitor said i should collect there was nothing for me to collect. Instead the employees were giving other people their orders big orders btw while my drink and my friends drink wasnt even made yet. If i did not show my slip to show them they would have never made it. Worst mcdees experience of my life. Wish i could give no stars i was extremely dissatisfied

Fast service, although the staff arent that friendly/excited, not that I blame them, I also dont like serving other people, but the food is great and I havent had any problems with this McDonalds restaurant. It is very clean, modern and the bathrooms are also nice and clean.

Very poor sanitizing station. It is just a spray bottle on a small table quite a distance from the entrance door. One does not see it as soon as you come in but there was a lady shouting from the cashiers desk to all customers - telling them to sanitize. Not very welcoming. My daughter wanted to go to the play area but it was wrapped up in red tape. We planned to eat in but with my ASD daughter having a meltdown over the play area, we had to eat in the car...I wont be visiting this McDees again.

It was quite a long wait for them to prepare 3 McFlurries.They are also not enforcing hand sanatizing as people enter.

My first visit post lockdown. Clean and neat. Sanitising a priority. Although the drive through was quite busy, the sit down area was almost empty and we could enjoy a nice lunch.

Ive just ordered from the McDonalds in the Mainstreet of Paarl, and the food is not fresh. Once again, the fries were old as well the chicken patties on our burgers. This is not the first time it happened at this exact McDonalds.

Service not good at all. I choose to eat in, but my order is made up to takeaway. Mac Flurries not stirred eventhough they have a machine. Staff lazy to do. Have complained a number of times, but nothing have changed.

Its fantastic extremely fast service and also very friendly staff when I was there the place was very tidy and neat food is great and the seating is comfortable they also now have touch-screen machines so that customers dont have to stand in a row the self service is also very very user friendly and easy to use
