This is a really nice restaurant to go to! They have excellent value for money deals such as their pizza, burger and lunch specials. The pizza and burgers are amazing and the onion rings are the best I have ever tasted!

We had the mushroom, jalapenos and winglet plate for starters and then for our mail meals we had burgers. The food was absolutely divine. To be honest we liked our started more than we liked our main meal, but that could be because we were famished. The food, the overall vibe and the place is gorgeous and lovely. The staff is very efficient and helpful. They cater to your needs. Will definitely go back here:)

Food quality not of a very high standard. Although there are for example vegan options on the menu, they are really not great. Guacomole on natchos arent made of fresh avos, which makes a big difference in taste all over. Felt a bit like a fast food place. The greatest hit was the indoor play area for my 5yo.

Management really need an attitude fix. The only reason people go here is because there arent any other options. As soon as more bars open in Paarl this place will die.If you want a better experience just visit literally any other bossa.

It is a crying shame that people/companies have ZERO INTEGRITY and/or take ownership when they mess up. Let me set the scene:Myself and the Mrs go to donate blood and then decide to get get something to eat. I saw earlier today on FB a post from Bossa and we decided on it.We get to Bossa and was greeted promptly and professionally and was sent through to the bar, as we said we were going to order takeaway. After being seated I asked the waiter in regards to the post and he said that he would go check on it, as he said there were no current specials today. A few moments later Jacques, the manager arrived and I asked him the same. He too was unaware of any such special. I then took my phone, went to Bossa Paarl site and showed him. He was very surprised to see this and took out his own phone(I assumed he wanted to check/verify) and he told me he needed to go investigate. He returned a few minutes later.He went on to tell us that he had spoken to the owner and this special(as most of us who frequent Bossa are aware) is for Mondays only and please to understand that this post, three days ago was sent through by Head Office, not them. I then stated that this was on their page and regardless who posted it, was valid, as it IS ONE COMPANY. He did agree, but still stated that it would not be honored.Now plz correct me, but CPA does state that what is quoted , is what is to be charged ?? This was then false advertising through and through and he would not accept ANY responsibility on it, just said sorry and left.Having gone back onto FB, I was quite amazed to see how quickly it had been rectified.I am not the type to do these kind of posts as I hate slating anyone, but being treated in such a fashion without any consideration for taking ownership for me pointing out a PR disaster is just totally unacceptable. Anyone can make a mistake, but its how you rectify it.I ordered my food, paid my bill and left.

This has been a very interesting experience. They have very nice starters as well as gourmet burgers which are unique to this establishment. They have a wide range of cocktails, wines and liquors, including the flaming lamborghini, which is rare to find. Because it is so popular, it is advised that the staff might have to increase, however it w worth the wait for freshly made food.

Managers refused to put music on after requests from various patrons during president speech. Managers are overall very rude. Waiters are good.

My waiter was absolutely amazing, helpful and knew the menu really well. My only problem is that the manager I would assume gives the few waiters he had way to many tables to manage which bring down the service which influences ones experience.

Absolutely awesome! The food was delicious, warm, clean, well presented. The restaurant is clean, tidy, organized. Staff is amazingly friendly (although I think the manager was agitated....or tired... But he is grumpy. And the hand-sprayer-lady at the front did not even great or look us in the eyes. Get a different job if you cannot be greatfull for having one. Not a good entry.).Still weird that they also want you to fill in you ID NUMBER on a covid form. Do you realise identity theft is real? Your ID number? For a burger? Come on man grow up.But as said, 95% awesome experience. And my stars will remain. Take heed on my warning tho.

We normally have a great experience going to this establishment. I, however, cannot say the same of tonights experience though. Apart from the almost raw sweet potatoes fries we decided to take as takeaway, the occupants of the table closest to us were very expressive with words, and not in a nice manner. And, since it is a family restaurant it should have a code.of conduct in place. Having our two young daughters listening to the foul language used by the male person, does not speak to the claim of a family environment. When I asked the waitress if these persons were aware of children sitting immediately behind them, she was so uncomfortable and seemingly did not know how to address the matter and just walked off. And, because we did not want to create further discomfort, decided to leave. Also, I noted she had a chat at the front desk, with no one came to apologize or address the matter, instead, glared at us, as if we were in the wrong to raise such concerns. So, based on this, we made the decision to record our experience and let the establishment know that they should perhaps show some empathy when people are being disrespected. And if not equipped with the peoples skills to deal with such challenging issues, train staff accordingly to address such issues as I am sure if we had to confront the patron, the issue would have gone south very quickly and might have spoiled other patrons evening as well. Based on this, we will not return to your facility again as I am sure, under the current conditions, other service providers will be more appreciative of the support.

Me and my girlfriend just had dinner at Bossa for the first time. Very bad experience. Be ordered a combo meal with mushrooms and wings. The wings was literally black. Burnt black. The mushrooms and cheese poppers was cold as if they made it this morning and just put it in the microwave. We didnt wanna complain because we never complain.Really disappointed. Money wasted.

They have a very nice deck outside. But this is a smoking area, so we as a family can not sit there. To get to the non smoking area you need to walk through the smokers. And then when you leave you have to walk through the cloud of smoke again. Not nice at all....The food and service is what I would expect from a Bossa

We had an awesome evening. Service was great and food beyond our expectations. My hubby had the schnitzel and its the best he has ever had. I dont eat schnitzel but I could not stop stealing off his plate.We will most certainly be back.

Great atmosphere! Spacious dining area. Great food and even better drinks!. Great variety in terms of the aforementioned. Good place to catch a sporting event, or just to go and hangout with friends. Also a well known pre-drinks spot.

Very friendly service, cosy atmosphere. My first burger at this Bossa must have been a fluke (the Beyond burger patty was still ice cold and clearly wasnt near a grill) as subsequent burgers and pizzas were top notch, and dont get me started on the Bar One milkshake! 😍

Awesome burgers!Good vibe, with restaurant split between bar and restaurant section.Nothing special about location (no views or scenery), but inside decor is pleasant and well thought out.Only issue, is that the smoking section and normal section is connected with a swing door through which the waiters walk. This causes a lot of smoke to enter the one corner of the restaurant (not the whole restaurant though). Plan your seat accordingly!
