Super slow service and wrong order they dont care about your feelings. because you go there you want best meal you end up poor meal and Service. Its a first KFC in Paarl a mother of new KFCs but they poor. Pull up your socks 🧦.. Staff very slow service

When its peak hours the normally make mistakes with your orders.. either the give less chicken when u buy buckets ..

This one in Paarl is one I would tell people to use. There is seating inside. There staff are helpful and friendly. I enjoy it when I go to there branch. There is no play area for kids but with covid 19, who would want there kids to play and increasing there chances to contracted covid 19.

Ive personally got to say the food was amazing but the initial welcome was terrible.Most breakfast serving places open their doors by 7, youre not gonna catch the worm if youre a late bird. Being rude to a client at the door isnt a good idea for business either.

This KFC doesnt have a drive thru, but are easy accessible from the main road. A few tables and chairs are available inside. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our order was quick..

Ordering online is quick and easy, but picking up the order is not as the app promises. It took over 10 minutes, so the order wasnt ready at all.

Just love the friendly staff and yet this branch chicken is really finger licking gooood!

They really dont even deserve one star. The chicken was still pink in side and smelled sour.I was sick all night. By the time I got to the pink chicken I had already taken a few bites. Thankfully I didnt eat the sour burger!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Been there only once and can realy say it is very clean but the service wasnt good. The staff were talking and laughing with each other and the customers were getting mad for them not taking the orders.... Me included.
