Good Service today from Both Astrid and Keenan
What a mess. Something as basic as a SIM swap is impossible for the Paarl team apparently. The first time I go in, the assistant tells me to do it via the customer care line fire to the way the SIM was RICAd. Okay cool, get home and realise that I cant make any calls to Customer Care because neither my old SIM nor the new one I was told to purchase and use for the SIM swap is RICAd. I go back a second time and tell them the issue. The assistant tells me (1) the previous advice I was given was incorrect and (2) they cannot allow me to contact Customer Care via a phone in-store because then theyll get heat from Head Office for not helping the customer in-store.Make it make sense? So now I cant get help in store due to the circumstances around the RICA situation but at the same time I cant contact Customer Care, nor will they help me contact Customer Care?All this time the original phone number Im trying to keep is linked to my banking apps which I cant use anymore because of this whole situation. Nice one Cell C Paarl. Well done.UPDATE : I phoned another Cell C branch and they literally fixed the issue over the phone. Please dont tear your hair out over the inadequate service at the Paarl Mall branch, just go somewhere else :)

Very Bad service!!! They act like they are doing you a huge favor to help you. They did not really help me. My friend have had the same experience there. When someone obviously does NOT want to help you, then i dont want to buy from you!
I dont think you deserve a star from me as there is no response from the shop when you call in. You cannot be that busy, Im a loyal customer and its instances like these thats going to determine whether Ill remain a customer or not! Thank you for the response but that 084135 no is not user friendly!
