After the owners first glass, we enjoyed the first Bergrivier Ocyober Fest Lager ! Brewed only ones a year !What a taste !!!!!!

Lekker place with lekker beer. Try the leichtes Weizen on a hot day. The place was closed when we got there, but the brewer still gave us beer.

Tucked away amongst industrial buildings is this gem of a place.Open wide spaces with seating outside and in the TV lounge.Carefully brewed beer with gorgeous street food at hand.Artists are invited to perform here and it makes perfect sense...Not disturbing other people when the sound gets loud.Will be back soon for more beer🙌🏻🙌🏻

It has been a while since I last visited the brewery and I was very impressed to see how they have grown. The tasting room has expanded to now include more seating inside as well as a small garden area, so a nice option to visit during summer or winter. The brewery now has a food truck and a big screen where they show certain sporting events. The garden outside has lawns where the kids can play safely and within view of the main seating area which means parents can also comfortably enjoy everything the Berg River Brewery has to offer. The entire group decided to do the full tasting which consisted of a Lager, Blonde Ale, Kristal Weiss, Pale Ale, Saison and Heller Bok. I really enjoyed the Saison and Pale Ale and ended up buying some Pale Ale to take home. While I was waiting for my friends to arrive I had a chat with one of the staff members. He was really passionate about the brewery and gave me a lot of background which I think makes you appreciate the beers even more. I am definitely making a plan to visit them in the summer again and maybe grab something to eat while enjoying their tasty beers.

Very good brewery. Very friendly staff and quiet knowledge and helpful. They do have a decent selection, and have the occasional new beer in their Voetoets range

This brewery is byfar one of the go to places in paarl situated on the bergriver its a nice chilled out place to hang out and have some of the best craft beers this side of the paarl area

Great venue just slow bar service and more seating needed but have been assured that these areas will be up graded for better service other than that not too bad to be at for a great Craft beer and good music

Good variety of craft beers. Nice place to hang out with friends. Ricardo serves excellent food, eg burgers, fries and other specialties. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in winter at the fireplace and in summer outside at the riverbank or in the courtyard. Good music and sometimes bands/groups

Not just a great venue that brews iconic craft beer and makes delicious food too, but also one of the most happening places in Paarl. They have home brewing supplies if you want to try your hand at brewing your own, and the venue regularly hosts concerts. You can even have a bring-&-braai. Owners and staff are legends and always happy to chat about beer and such.

If u like to visit our brewery u welcome it got inner grass courtyard bring and braai beer tasting and t-shirts to buy a variety of beer u can choose from and if u have hear of a 5 liter party keg u can try those nice Riverview music ,sport to watch on dstv or national geograhpics and a band or just a day with family or just friends
