So am pleased with the service that i have been receiving from African bank and I am recommending it to everyone i know but the credit card application system is a complete disaster and they require far more information than any other bank. The fact that my place of work doesnt have a landline also seemed to be problem.Had to end up getting proof of employment which meant a letter from my manager and a reason from the manager why we dont have a landline, I thought this was a joke at first... (My place of work is set on a pass road so there are no telephone cables there) But someone seriously has to tell the people at the head office that a cellphone number can also be business number.
Mid month, 2 people at desks (of which there are 11 open tables). No queue indication. I had 3 people infront of me, have been waiting for an hour and 20 minutes for service. Yet there are 4 representatives total in the store (counting the one on her phone also in)On a Saturday.Come on people, have not been taught some job etiquette?No one supervising this store.Lets just get my account closed so I can leave.
