Hi there, I visited the ABSA Paarl Mall on the first Saturday of the month this month of May (1st) and it was closed due it being a public holiday. Why does the bank not open it today to compensate for last week. I need to obtain a new card ASAP. Visiting ABSA has been a real challenge on a Saturday morning when I have time to do my important banking enquiries. Actual access to ABSA has been an problem for a while and short staffed. It is a frustrating time as I would prefer to visit the bank on Saturday.

Only one chair for the elderly in the queue in front of the bank? Really? Just reflects the banks attitude towards customers. Waited nearly an hour. During the time in the bank only 2 other customers in the bank. 6 staff at counter/table. Very disrespectful

Went to the absa branch in Paarl Mall. What a disappointment. After stabding in a queue outside the branch. I was told there was no more tellers available at the branch. What if you have to do large money transacions. I tried to withdraw a large sum of money at the ATM. And that was also a disaster as the atm can only dispense R800. Im looking at changing my bank

Never answers their phones!

I have been assisted today by Salome to deposit cash into a bank account. I would like to highly commend Salomes assistance and friendliness in helping me. Con Engelbrecht

Been waiting now for 5 days on Hyrem to call me back. Been trying more than 30 times to call the Paarl Mall Branch, but no answer. Maureza Segelaar

Not enough business tellers. Been sitting in the queue for an hour and havent moved yet. Not the first time this has happened.
