Absolutely pathetic service!! Dont recommend coming here at all ! Waited in a queue for 2 hours long but we were only 2 in the queue !

Horribly slow service - an hour to collect a bank card. Go to Paarl mall

Tardy, inefficient and slow. And they only open at 9am on a Saturday while Google says they open at 8am. This is absurd since most people can only visit the bank over the weekend because they work during the week and the bank closes at 15h30... even more absurd. Yet another reason to switch banks. Absa is a frail skeleton of something that might have work sometime in the past.

I personally have had very little to no good experiences at this specific branch. I have had to go back at least three times for matters they simply did incorrectly or never put through.Eventhough the staff is friendly, the service is not great.

Good service so far just sorry my wife makes a transfer on my account without my written permission I did say she can go 3000 overdraft and and will come to earn but not 20000.00 r it is unacceptable and reckless lending practices.do not hope never give her an overdraft without my permission

See what your tellers are doing with two people on inquiries, then the one then only runs one payetic service, now close my rack.
