The store is not customer friendly. Too congested. It is not easy to do a quick shop. The majority of you basic lines like pataoes , Tamotoes and bread are sold out. Its not a pleasure to shop at Woolworths Foodstop. There is insufficient parking. I will not shop there again.

Everything is really fresh. Everywhere in Cape Town , Woolworths Stores is by far the best. Theres no other stores In the whole country cant compare. Thanks for letting us get the freshest foot and the meat the best.

Friendly staff, fresh fruit and vegetables and everything is so clean.

The store is huge and has a wide variety of all of the things woolworths have to offer.The layout of the stores also has a great appeal as much as the friendliness of the staff.Although staff do have their off days as i had experienced on my last shopping experience when a packer in the meat section was very unpolite, this was discussed with a manager on duty to correct.

If youre using the ladies toilets, watch your fingers when you close the door! According to my wife the handle is in the wrong place, and 24 hours later her finger is still swollen and bruised.

They have items listed on the shelf but no stock as usual. The avocados were expensive and was over ripe when I bought them. I dont mind spending money on quality items but this is the second time Woolworths has disappointed me at the same store.

5 Stars to the staff. Very friendly, but cant say the same about management. Was quite upset with a guy driving into a parking bay thats marked in yellow. I just got into my vehicle and a friend saw me and came over to greet me. This person, driving a black mercedes coupe,drove in and hooted at us, not that we were even in his way. The way he looked at me ( that is what really upset me) and for being so impatient. To be honest, i was so excited about this foodstop opening there. Im out in bellville and drive all the way to that Engen,because of the relationship weve build with the petrol attendants. ......Sad to say will not be using this foodstop or petrolstation again.
