Very friendly host. Had a great one night stay.

Had no hot water and still none after departure. Spider webs and spiders in the corners inside the tent. Really unhappy state of affairs on the first leg of our holiday! Take care if you book! Also no credit card facilities which they conveniently forgot to tell us.

Very nice place to stay in Oudtshoorn. Good food , friendly owner who makes you feel very welcome.

Decent place, nice view from up on a hill, pool is refreshing, beds and rooms are comfortable.

Very remote. Strange French owner. Very little present. You could not buy food and drinks. Pay extra for fried eggs at breakfast. No explanation about the area. Oudthoorn was strange. Lots of homeless people.

Bathroom could be cleaner... and decking needs repairs, toilet loose...

Loved the location, the views were amazing! Loved the walking path around the property. Our tent (tent no 3) had the best views, loved the seclusion. The pool was fab too.The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic too and very good value for money. So was breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying at le petit Karoo. Wished we’d stayed two nights, just to enjoy the views more.Good time of year to go as not too hot and not too cold.Slow WiFi- but if it’s for a night or two it’s not needed.

Nice accommodation up in the hills. Little bit outdated but still very nice and a good place to stay, especially when its warmer so you can chill out in the swimming pool with good views!

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well lit. The views are outstanding. This felt like a hidden gem.

A beautiful rented accommodation facility in the 💓 of the Karoo. Tent 4 needs some TLC and maintenance but it was very comfortable.

Tent was well equipped, apart from insect repellent that is a must have. Jacuzzi bath with a view which was awesome.

I am not 100% impressed with communication between myself and the admin person at Le Petit Karoo Ranch. Due to our car giving problems, we were unable to travel to Oudshoorn for our stay there. I mailed the admin person before my occupation date asking about various things such as arrival time, etc. The admin person responded promptly to all my enquiries until I mentioned that we were no longer coming due to car issues. I had asked if they can devise a plan to give a discount for cancellation and no one had responded. I had lost all my money due to Le Petit Karoo ranch being extremely selfish and incomprehensible.

The place was great,just the Food needs some improvement and have a larger swimming pool

We had a great time on our 1 night stay here, it is an interesting place made with love. For those who love an amazing view! Pool great fun on a hot day. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous! Very cool accommodation. Pascal is a very nice Herberts father. The property is super nice, great view from up there. Breakfast, dinner all there. We felt very comfortable in our tent. The newly renovated bathroom was worth it, it does not draw in the evening so much.

Great facility with night in a luxury tent with whirlpool or in the room with air conditioning, TV and Jacuzzi. Very nice host of a on request a great 3Gänge menu. The breakfast is just as good is better if you enjoy it on the terrace with stunning views of the valley.

A unique location, high up with a magnificent view of the surrounding nature We chose to sleep in a bushtent, with a personal terrace and the pleasure of an outdoor bathtub (a hot shower in the freshness of the sunrise is a unforgettable memoryThanks to Pascal for his good humor and his availability. We loved his piece of paradise.

Beautiful place in the middle of the mountain with fabulous views of the valley, vineyards and surrounding areas. Great hospitality from its owner, Mr. Pascal, who is also a connoisseur of the area and always has a good indication to offer. recommendable

If you are looking for something special in the quiet in the middle of nowhere then you are exactly right - but there is not much else. The tents are well equipped, it got very cold here at night, but the electric blanket made it absolutely ok!We found the food that is so praised not particularly good, it wasnt bad, but we have eaten much better in South Africa.
