What a pathetic service... No one informed me about the delivery price increase and their driver is rude telling me that I wont deliver for free even if petrol went up you cant have a R15 increase for a 5 minutes drive....

I lived in SA for 6 years and the 2 things I miss the most are Biltong and the Mochachos in NN. This is in my top 3 best restaurants considering restaurants in Canada and South Africa. T-bone steak was my favorite and my kids loved the tenders.

I am very sorry to say that the service is getting worse. I placed an order for 2x pieces with rice, hot sauce and a sit in 20 min prior to entry. Had to wait another 10min. Food was given to us cold as it was placed on the table. MILD SAUCE IN A BOTTLE. I was upset as thats not a good customer experience. I made a fuss and the Indian manager took the food back but I waited long once again, leaving me with 5 min to eat and get out of the shop and back to work.

The food and food quality is always good. The taste is delicious. The service is great always even when the store is swamped with orders.

The food is excellent as always. Was a bit dissapointed with the service. Had to wait for a long time for the food to arrive. Due to renovations I couldnt sit down. I was this charged extra for sauce when the default is free sauce for those sitting down.

Nobody at the counter when you arrive, then they dont have items on Menus. Fridges are empty. When we eventually found a staff member in the kitchen, he was friendly but could not supply us with our order request, he had no stock.
