Located at the entrance of Newcastle this is an amazing location for business or private travelers to explore Newcastle. Lovely finishing, clean and tidy with a pool and fully functioning fitness center. The only issue is the dining area staff. Not attentive to guest needs and very slow. Very poor customer service. The buffet was excellent and catered for majority dietary requirements and was of excellent quality. For a major hotel chain it was disappointing that the coffee machine was not working during supper time and secondly the quality of coffee needs to be looked at. Rooms are modern with excellent finishes and also have a bath tub and separate shower. There is a also a bar fridge. Overall a good stay with good security as well.

Nice and quiet... But should that be the case with a casino? ...COVID pandemic has hurt us all.

Accommodation superb, but the food not so great. It got me sick twice after two separate dinners.

I had my 25th birthday celebration here beginning of the month and the place was the best. They still serve nice exquisite food from the time I had my Sweet 16 till now. Thank you so much.

Time and again, my favorite stay in Newcastle KZN. Rooms are extremely clean and neat, great breakfast and efficient staff.

Covid protocol is followed well still allowing for an entertaining evening out.

Pros-great staff, brand new machines, fast service, looks glamorous, security helpful.Cons- Ive tasted better food for cheaper, limited mobility because of size and amount of people

Highly secured, under surveillance and securities always alert, safe and beautiful inside well trained stuff.

Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Wonderful place to visit and good for holidays and family outing. Available is the Blackrock cassino if you are a gambling person. Covid rules strictly adhered to. Nearby is a big beautiful atractive mall with lots of parking bays and security is very tight. Cant wait to be back again

Perfect place for a evening out with friends or family. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, casino itself is a great place for people to chill and you dont have to worry about your kids, as there is a play area to keep them busy. Highly recommend it.

The place has yhe following important things 1 it has a hotel of a high standard and quality. 2 playing space or area for kids . 3 a big safe and secured parking space with shelters 4 if you like rambling, you can do that 24 hours. 5 it is in the vicinity of Newcastle Mall. 6 Even if you are not booking you can visit the hotel restaurant and enjoy their meals at a good price

If you are in Newcastle and looking for a place of entertainment this is the place to be .The casino is within a hotel very close to Newcastle Mall, about two minutes away. There is an entrance that takes you straight to the Mall. Internet access is available with Wi-Fi connectivity. Very safe place to host your family parties like birthday celebrations. You can do your end of year functions here in a very exclusive atmosphere. There are both local and meter taxis available that can take you around Newcastle. Very close to a lot of restaurants that are within the Mall.

Perfect for business and holiday trips

Weve waited 3hours for accommodation while we were attending workshop there, during tea time and lunch , we found that they didnt prepare food for us, so we had to wait all the time during breaks and lunch. But on breakfast everything was perfect.
